My experience at the restaurant was awesome! They were very accommodating and made my order exactly the way I asked for it. I had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, the classic, and a meatball sub with extra provolone. The food was great!

My experience at the Sahara at Durango store was disappointing. I'm unsure if they were using baguettes, but the 8" sandwich was tiny. There was hardly any meat, and I questioned if there was even meat on it. I've never had such a bad Capastromi. The brand's consistency is an issue. I know you have to h fh&bbbb q, c1sandwich, and it's always been that way. My favorite Capriottis is the one at Red Rock Casino, where the staff is friendly.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and ordered a medium homemade turkey sandwich. Unfortunately, when my husband opened it after we left, the sandwich fell apart and made a mess all over our car seat because it was wrapped upside down. The entire filling was at the bottom of the wrapping paper, and we had to reassemble it. When my husband informed the staff about the issue, he was met with indifference; the employee stated that's how they wrap their sandwiches. Given this experience, we will not be returning, even though it's only five minutes from our home. We'll choose a different place for our turkey sandwich needs next time.

My experience at this restaurant was marred by the extremely rude staff. I witnessed a young man serving an elderly gentleman who was complaining about his sandwich. The server was very rude to the customer, and to my shock, he laughed at the old man as he exited the building. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and your staff needs to be retrained. Because of this poor service, I will not be returning to this store.

I honestly come here as a regular with the wife. Usually, we get food during her lunches when I'm off, so we can spend time together. The place serves amazing food and has a wonderful staff. Personally, I recommend this place to anyone who loves sandwiches.

After waiting for the correct sandwich, I was then not informed that peppers needed to be requested. My cheese steak arrived with only onion and mushrooms, which was not what I expected. My end result was disappointment.
