Unacceptable Customer Service and Poor Food Quality
I ordered a pizza at 11 am for a 1: 30 pm pickup. Upon arrival, the staff informed me my order was canceled because it was over an hour old, despite my confirmation showing a 1: 30 pm pickup time. Instead of prioritizing my order, they waited 10 minutes before remaking it.
To add insult to injury, the pizza was pulled out early, resulting in undercooked dough. This experience, marked by a complete lack of customer service and ruined order, is why I won't be returning. It's baffling why restaurants collect contact information if they don't use it to communicate issues like order cancellations, which would have prevented this situation and reduced food waste.

Exceptional Service from Vanessa!
My experience at this restaurant was largely defined by the outstanding service provided by Vanessa. She offered great customer service, was very friendly, and incredibly fast with the food. Vanessa was also extremely accommodating, making our visit very pleasant.
I'm very happy she took care of us and will most likely return because of her.

Undercooked Pizza, Not Worth the Price
I ordered a cheese pan pizza and it was undercooked. The dough was not cooked through, and it was like a laminate of aroma with no tomato and sandy cheese. I paid $27 for it plus a $5 tip.
Honestly, the pizzas from Walmart are better and cheaper. It was a disaster of a meal.

Efficient Operation Despite Chaos
I visited today to take advantage of their Tuesday special: $2 personal pan pizzas. I knew it would likely be chaotic when I arrived to pick up my order. I was VERY pleased to see how efficient this location is operated.
I realize the employees were stressed with the order volume, but they handled it so well and were friendly while doing it. My order did not take any longer than it should have. I definitely recommend this location and am happy to give them 5 stars.

Hungry Kids, Stolen Food, and No Refund
I ordered a pizza for late dinner tonight. Due to them not having a driver, they used DoorDash. The dasher MARKED my food delivered, but NO ONE ever came to my door with pizza.
I tried calling the number that PIZZA HUT gave me to contact my driver and the phone number was to an ADULT HOTLINE located in Oklahoma. I am so mad because my kids had to go to bed hungry and the only solution from the store? Credit my account for a FUTURE order OR come and pick up the pizza myself.
I did not receive the goods that I paid for so how can you tell me, here just take this credit on your account for when you're ready to order from us again? ! I want my MONEY BACK, not a store credit, how is that fair to me?
AND on top of this, they supposedly have NO WAY of contacting DoorDash about the driver who stole my food. LIVID would be an understatement.

Pizza Hut Location Has Deteriorated Significantly
My experience at this Pizza Hut location has been disappointing due to its frequent changes in ownership, leading to inconsistent food quality. It has progressively worsened to the point where I now go out of my way to visit other locations. The staff are rude and inefficient, and they rarely get orders right.
To make matters worse, they expect tips for such poor service. While it wasn't always this way, this location has become one of the worst in the valley. I have recorded evidence of their unprofessional behavior, which I describe as 'flat out waffle house type energy.
' The disrespect I've encountered is astronomical. I will be contacting the regional manager, as the staff refused to provide any supervisor or manager names when requested for a complaint. I do not recommend this location, as it has slowly killed my love for Pizza Hut.
