My experience at Pho Bar was generally positive, though not perfect. The pho soup was good, with the broth and veggies really hitting the mark. However, the protein and noodles were a bit on the bland side, which prevented it from being a 5-star dish. The honey garlic wings were absolutely FIRE 🔥, and the egg rolls were also a highlight, easily standing out as the best parts of the meal. The service was okay; our server was solid but not great. We had to request drinks twice, which ultimately cost the fifth star.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the best home made pho in Orlando. Mikey took care of us and did awesome. They are very efficient here and make sure the food tastes great.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The atmosphere was wonderful, and the food had good flavors. I particularly enjoyed the crispy wings, which were packed with flavor. The portions were generous, and I highly recommend trying the pho noodle bowls. I had the chicken version, and my daughter had the shrimp; both were really good.

I was just driving by and saw this place, so I stopped in and I'm so glad I did. The Pho was excellent. I had the House Special Pho and loved it. It was a big portion, so that's all I had, but I will be back to try other dishes.

The service was also not exceptional. They automatically add an 18% gratuity to the bill, regardless of the number of people. While this is acceptable if good service is provided, it was consistently lacking. It seems that because the tips are already included, the staff doesn't prioritize providing attentive service, which felt very unprofessional.

However, the service was disappointing. I placed a takeout order and waited, even though the restaurant was nearly empty with only 3-4 tables occupied. To my surprise, I was asked if I was a DoorDash driver, which was an odd question given I was sitting alone. After clarifying I wasn't, the staff simply proceeded with my order without an apology. Previously, even when busy, they would offer water and updates. This time, nothing. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my order, which had been ready for a while and was just sitting there while the staff chatted. When they finally realized their mistake, I received a sarcastic apology. It felt like my time was disregarded, leaving the impression that the business doesn't respect its customers' time, which is crucial for their profit.
