My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The coffee was subpar, and despite my desire to like it, I just couldn't. This could have been overlooked, but the rude attitude from the barista when I inquired about their coffees was unacceptable. It's not my cup of tea.

My experience at the restaurant was positive overall. The coffee was good as always. I was honestly surprised by how many of the staff seem to be gay, which felt unexpected as I remember the team being a bit different before. That said, the service last night was great, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. LOL!

My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. Every time I visit, Mark greets me with the sweetest smile and inquires about my day. He truly embodies the epitome of customer service and kindness. I'm so grateful for his consistent kindness. Additionally, the coffee is amazing!

I visited this restaurant with friends 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night to get coffee to go. A young employee took my order while constantly checking his watch. After making my two coffees, he handed them to me. When my friends, who were with me from the start, tried to order, he refused them, stating they were closed. This was extremely poor customer service!

My experience at Foxtail Coffee Company in Lake Nona, Florida, was one of being denied service due to their cashless policy. I attempted to purchase a coffee with a twenty-dollar bill, but the attendant informed me they only accept credit. When I inquired if their cash register was broken or if they lacked change, the manager clarified that they do not accept cash and do not even have a cash register. Consequently, I was unable to get my coffee that day. I will not be returning to Foxtail.

My experience at The Villages location was fantastic! Victor and Rebecca provided awesome service, being super friendly and offering great suggestions. It's wonderful to consistently receive such wonderful customer service every time we visit.

I came down to get coffee around 11 AM, and Jonathan was extremely rude. He interrupted me mid-sentence and didn’t even let me explain my order. This was totally unacceptable behavior, especially for a customer-facing role. I come here often, but this experience really left a bad impression. Respect and basic courtesy should be the standard, not the exception.

Mark was equally impressive, skillfully managing the espresso machine with a constant smile for every customer. Jonathan also played a crucial role, tirelessly overseeing the store's operations, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and supporting his colleagues. Their combined efforts made Foxtail a truly great place to visit.
