Pizza Hut - Reviews

I was tired after work and decided to order a large pizza. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order. To make matters worse, the pizza was cut into multiple tiny pieces, as if it had been crushed. It was the worst and most disappointing pizza I had ever had.

My experience ordering pizza online from the Las Vegas location at 1840 E Charleston Blvd K6 was disappointing. After noticing the pizza was awful, a green condiment I didn't order and had never seen before was added, which further ruined the taste and my experience. We also ordered extra cheese, but the pizza looked pretty regular. We are so disappointed at this store, and it's our only option for ordering online.

I wanted to share my experience from a recent visit. Unfortunately, the service we received was not satisfactory, and we were also unhappy with the way we were spoken to. I am bringing this to your attention so that these issues can be addressed moving forward.

My experience at Pizza Hut was terrible. We waited over an hour and did not receive our correct order. I spoke with customer service, and they directed me to the main Pizza Hut line. I spoke with Eric, who stated they were overwhelmed and could not send us our proper order. The service was not up to part, and there was definitely no reassurance or any solution other than a credit back to our card payment.

My experience was disappointing. I ordered a pizza and chicken, but unfortunately, I found hair in the pizza. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from them again. It's sad because I wanted to enjoy my meal. They need to wear caps and gloves when preparing food.

My experience was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed unable to even take an order, making it a useless waste of time. I can only imagine what the pizza quality is like given this level of incompetence. Five days later, I tried to order again and was met with the same ignorance. It's clear they don't want to make pizza. I'm not asking for coupons or free food; I just want them to fix it.

I CANNOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN MY FRUSTRATION AND ANGER! The "GM Joshua Garcia" was extremely rude and cursing at me! I UNFORTUNATELY made an order here for a big dinner box for $36. 86 through Uber Eats and mistakenly had it delivered to the wrong address. I never received my refund, so I contacted Uber support. They told me to contact the store, but the person there claimed they never had my order or a history of my number. He rudely said, "nope, you have the wrong store. " I called Uber again, and they patched us through. He then said, I quote, "you hung up on them, good job. " I was appalled! I had to call Uber a TOTAL OF 6 TIMES! And still no refund. He lied to me and the representative. I received no refund or food. I'm furious.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the lack of greeting and a very limited menu. No one wanted to come to the front to greet me or take my order. The only menu available was a laminated paper on a side door, which made the ordering process inconvenient.

My biggest issue with this Pizza Hut experience was the delivery service. I was informed that the delivery driver could not deliver my pizza to my door and I had to walk downstairs across my apartment garage to meet him outside to pick up my pizza. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. While I generally like Pizza Hut, this experience made me not want to order from them again. Additionally, my pizza wasn’t even that fresh.

My experience at the restaurant was a bit mixed. While the pizza was ready exactly when they said it would be, the pasta was a little dry. On the positive side, the store was clean and the employee was nice and friendly.
