My experience at this restaurant was disappointing regarding the food. I would advise others to keep strolling as there is much better food available in the park. If you must eat here, I strongly suggest you don't order the grilled chicken sandwich; it was so dry that you'll need a gallon of water to get it down. However, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, which was a positive aspect of the visit.

My experience at this restaurant was definitely not recommended. At $21, the burger and fries were poor value, with terrible quality for that price point. The service was also unexpectedly slow; it took 10 minutes just to place the order and another 25 minutes for the food to reach the table. Lesson learned: If you want a quick meal, pack your lunch or check out other options.

My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, particularly regarding their handling of my daughter's severe allergies. Chief Heidi personally met with us to discuss the procedures, ingredients, and who would be serving her meal. When the meal was prepared, Heidi herself served it, reconfirming the ingredients. This level of care and attention, reflecting over 28 years in the food business, made us feel incredibly secure. Heidi treated my daughter as if she were her own child. Thank you for such outstanding care.

My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. I believe some people on here are just spoiled beyond belief. We all got different food, and it was all hot and cooked and good. Furthermore, everything was clean. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service was also a 5. We had no wait time for our lunch, and the food quality was rated a 4. We were a group of 3-4 people, and the price per person was between $20–30.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Beyond Burger combo meal, and it was arguably the worst meal I've had at a theme park. The entire meal was overcooked and dry. The portion of fries was tiny, and for the £15 I spent, it was definitely not worth it. I do not recommend this place.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food was atrocious, especially considering the price. I paid just under $22 for a burger that was incredibly dry and I had to assemble myself. The side of fries was also minuscule, like a toddler had picked some up and placed them on my plate. To top it off, the atmosphere and service were rated a 1. Safe to say, I will never spend my money here again. It felt like an absolute joke and a rip-off. It's no wonder the place wasn't busy. I strongly advise others to AVOID this establishment.

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Not a single staff member used gloves while serving food. Shockingly, the chef—who should’ve been in the kitchen—came over to clear our table while we were still sitting there. She said “you’re welcome” three times in a nasty, sarcastic tone, as if we were in her way. She even dropped our tray and made it impossible for us to sit back down. During our entire visit, only one table was cleaned off. The staff seemed impatient, rude, and completely disorganized—nobody appeared to know what was going on. As for the food: my chicken tenders were bone-dry and flavorless. The BBQ pork burger was absolutely awful—it had just ONE tiny piece of pork. To make matters worse, they messed up 2 out of 3 of our orders. None of us finished our meals, that’s how bad it was. The managers seriously need to retrain their staff—or hire people who actually care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The manager and staff were worthless in handling the situation. The food quality was a 1, and the service was also a 1.

I spent $18. 08 for a combo that included 3 tenders and about 22 French fries. I'd advise y'all to save your money. The food was okay, but the portion size was disappointing for the price. The service and atmosphere were great, both rated 5/5, but the value for money was not there.
