Ramen Okay, Service Nice, But Not Our Go-To
We visited this restaurant because Nishiki Ramen was closed. The Ramen was just okay, and we found it too salty for our liking. The meat was so tender it essentially turned into a meat soup by the end.
We ordered a shrimp tempura roll, but were initially only brought shrimp. We had to specifically request the roll, which was then made without any vegetables, unlike what we'd expect elsewhere. On a positive note, the staff was very nice.
We'll be sticking with Nishiki Ramen a few blocks away.

Amazing Value and Delicious Ramen!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I was truly impressed by the value I received. For two people, ordering multiple items, the total was less than $40, which is a huge draw for me to return.
The ramen was particularly amazing and sat wonderfully in my stomach. The service and atmosphere were also top-notch, both receiving a perfect 5/5 rating.

Great Service, Disappointing Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, and the location and vibe were fantastic. However, the food was tragically disappointing, which ultimately overshadowed the positive aspects of the service and atmosphere.

Burnt Dish and Unacceptable Service
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience. I ordered three identical dishes, but one arrived burnt. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they claimed this was the typical preparation, implying no responsibility.
This explanation was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for service. As a regular customer who often dines with friends, I paid the full price for an inedible dish. While I am willing to pay, I believe the establishment should acknowledge and take responsibility for such issues.
I hope this concern is addressed to prevent future occurrences.

Disappointing Dessert and Manager Attitude
I really wanted to love this place SO badly! But after my experience here, I don’t think I’ll be returning : ’(We ordered the takoyaki, miso ramen, pork curry, and the baked Alaskan Summer. The takoyaki was a great appetizer and a surprisingly large portion for its value.
The ramen was flavorful, and the pork curry was great with its pulled pork. The ambiance of the place is pretty cool. However, the Alaskan Summer fell very short of our expectations.
It tasted overly fishy, mushy, and just not good. I’ve had baked salmon rolls before and loved them, so I was excited for this dish. I tried a bite and it tasted like salmon, rice, cheese, and eel sauce were blended into one weird umami dough and baked together.
We sent the dish back (for the first time ever, I was nervous!) because neither myself nor my partner liked it. Our server, Mayra, was great! She brought the dish to her manager to let her know we did not enjoy it and asked to get it removed from our bill.
But we were told that the manager’s policy was that there had to be something “wrong with the dish” and we couldn’t get it removed just because “we didn’t like it”. There were no attempts to make our experience satisfactory or address our concerns, so I asked to speak directly with the manager. I politely explained that everything was great except the Alaskan Summer, and felt it was poor customer service that their policy was that we had to pay full price for something we didn’t enjoy and barely ate.
She said that all the ingredients were listed on the menu and that a refund wouldn’t be given just because I “don’t like it”. I explained that I understood what the ingredients were, as I’ve had good baked rolls before, and told her that the Alaskan Summer just did not taste good. At that point the manager scoffed, and said she would take it off our bill and walked away.
She had an attitude about it, which really turned me off from coming back again. If she’d been friendlier and had better customer service, I would be a returning customer.

Terrible Service, Great Food
Thank Aisha for such a bad experience. It's baffling how you managed to pass four tables before my friend and I, even though we were clearly ahead. Your only response was “up to you, guys”.
It seems like you prioritized seating those on the first floor over us on the second floor, perhaps due to the other server. :) Despite the poor service, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Delicious Ramen and Fast, Friendly Service
I was hungry for ramen at 10: 00 on a Saturday, and thankfully, they close at 2: 00 a. M. I ordered the spicy umami, karage chicken, and Tigger roll.
The service was fast and friendly, and the food was, as always, delicious.

Rude staff, long wait for drivers
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the extremely rude behavior of the staff towards delivery drivers. While waiting for takeout orders, drivers were kept waiting inside the restaurant for hours. This is not nice at all and does not befit such a restaurant.
I urge the management to remind their employees to be polite to delivery drivers.
