My experience was great, served by 777 on 09/05. The staff member was nice, attentive and quick, handling everything so smoothly. Although I didn't have cash for a tip, she definitely deserved one. The store is clean and tidy, and everyone there does a tremendous job.

I purchased two footlongs, 'the beast' and 'the monster, ' expecting regular-sized sandwiches. However, upon opening them, I was shocked by their small size and lack of meat, especially considering I paid $12. 49 for one and over $11 for the other. This is unusual as I've bought these sandwiches many times before without issue. Additionally, the staff at this East 55th and St Clair location struggled to communicate in English. I will not be returning to this location.

My experience at this Subway was frustrating because they would not honor my rewards. I was told I needed enough rewards to cover the entire bill, even though the app showed I had $8 available. This Subway will do anything to avoid using rewards, which is disappointing since I earned them by ordering here. I will stick to my local Subway from now on.

My experience at this fast food restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was excellent, earning a perfect score. However, the service was not the friendliest. While not outright rude, the "chubby white girl" working there was described as snippy. Given it's fast food, I didn't expect much more, but the service could be improved. The atmosphere was just okay. Overall, the food quality is the standout here.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. Firstly, the staff taking orders did not fully understand English, which led to communication issues. There was also a plastic shield blocking the view of the meat being prepared, and the portion sizes were very small. After overhearing the communication problems with the person in front of me, I should have left, but I decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect; the cheese was wrong, and the chicken was raw while the bacon was sliced like cheese. I expected the chicken to come in blocks, but it was shredded. Despite being very hungry and eating it, I will never go back. I suggest the Saint Clair location improve by having at least two staff members who understand English and removing the shields that obstruct the view of the food preparation.

The Subways in this area NEVER honor coupons, and to add insult to injury, I couldn't even scan for points. To make matters worse, the staff spoke to each other in another language instead of addressing me.
