Value (4.9 out of 10)

mentioned by 21% of the guests

When it comes to value, its a bit of a mixed bag here, with a score of 4.9 indicating an average experience, and customer satisfaction sitting at a rather poor 36.8%. On the bright side, many customers appreciate the great deals, like the $5.99 two-topping pizza deal and the consistent 50% off all pizzas for carry-out, often finding the prices fair. These positive sentiments come from 7 opinions out of 19 total, highlighting some real wins for your wallet.

However, the value proposition isnt always clear, with 10 opinions expressing frustration. Some customers felt the food was very expensive for the size, leading to comments about it being a waste of money. There's also confusion around pricing and specials, with some mentioning a high $25 minimum order, which can definitely add up unexpectedly.

If youre savvy and hunt for those specific deals like the $5.99 pizza or the 50% off carry-out, you can find some real bargains. But be cautious, as others have found the regular pricing to be quite steep, especially with minimum order requirements. Its worth trying if you know how to work the system, otherwise, you might feel it's not the best bang for your buck.

Worst Pizza Ever - Reheated and Uneven
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered pizza, and it was the worst pizza ever. It looked like it had been reheated and was cut unevenly. I remembered why I never order from this pizza joint because their pizza always looks like crap and reheated.

Unprofessional Cancellation Policy
My experience was frustrating due to the restaurant's cancellation policy. If they can't reach you by phone, they'll cancel your order. This is particularly annoying if you're driving and unable to answer. They used the excuse that people go to the wrong location, but if I'm ordering from them, I know where they are. This felt very unprofessional.

Unprofessional Cancellation of Online Order
I placed an online order for pickup on my way home from work. I paid for it, the payment went through, and I received a receipt. Shortly after, I missed a call from the store, which has never happened before. When I called back two minutes later, I was told my order was canceled because I didn't answer the phone. The employee claimed it was due to prank calls or wrong orders, which seemed illogical for an online order where I confirmed the pickup location. The entire exchange felt unprofessional.

Terrible Service and Wrong Order
If I could give this store negative 0 stars I would. I just ordered 55 dollars worth of pizza only for them to deliver to the wrong address. The manager, who ever works at closing on Tuesdays, hung up in my face. It was closing so I didn't expect new pizzas but at least hear me and refund me. Now 50 bucks out and hungry I'm pissed. 800 number it is. Trash customer service. Trash Pizza. Dominoes.
