Domino's Pizza - Reviews

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered pizza, and it was the worst pizza ever. It looked like it had been reheated and was cut unevenly. I remembered why I never order from this pizza joint because their pizza always looks like crap and reheated.

My experience was frustrating due to the restaurant's cancellation policy. If they can't reach you by phone, they'll cancel your order. This is particularly annoying if you're driving and unable to answer. They used the excuse that people go to the wrong location, but if I'm ordering from them, I know where they are. This felt very unprofessional.

I placed an online order for pickup on my way home from work. I paid for it, the payment went through, and I received a receipt. Shortly after, I missed a call from the store, which has never happened before. When I called back two minutes later, I was told my order was canceled because I didn't answer the phone. The employee claimed it was due to prank calls or wrong orders, which seemed illogical for an online order where I confirmed the pickup location. The entire exchange felt unprofessional.

If I could give this store negative 0 stars I would. I just ordered 55 dollars worth of pizza only for them to deliver to the wrong address. The manager, who ever works at closing on Tuesdays, hung up in my face. It was closing so I didn't expect new pizzas but at least hear me and refund me. Now 50 bucks out and hungry I'm pissed. 800 number it is. Trash customer service. Trash Pizza. Dominoes.

My experience at Domino's was very positive. The staff and employees were incredibly friendly and patient and nice. The pizza was very good. If you're looking for pizza, I recommend going to Domino's.
