Delicious Food, Fast Service, Great Value!
My experience at this restaurant was a wonderful surprise. The food came out super fast, and everything was absolutely delicious. I particularly loved the reasonable prices on everything.
The uni tempura was great, and I also loved the seared salmon. Even the 1. 50 matcha ice cream was good.
I will definitely be back.

Authentic Japanese Omakase Experience
My experience at this restaurant was truly wonderful! From the moment I entered, the environment and service felt incredibly welcoming. The food quality was great, and the omakase, as described by the chef, featured fish sourced directly from Japan.
Overall, the experience felt authentic, and I would definitely return.

Outstanding Sushi, Worth the Wait
My experience at this local restaurant was fantastic, particularly with their sushi. I had one of the best toro rolls I've ever tasted! While the service was a bit slow, the sushi itself was authentic and very, very good.
The food quality truly made up for any minor delays.

Exceptional Omakase: A Vegas Gem
You could make the case that this is the best omakase in Las Vegas. It's easily one of the city's most underrated gems. I'd confidently put this spot in the top three sushi restaurants in Vegas.
Their omakase at the sushi bar starts at $150 per person, featuring eight courses including dessert. What really sets Sushi Hiroyoshi apart is its purity and simplicity. There's no over-the-top presentation, just incredibly fresh ingredients prepared with meticulous care.
Every bite of nigiri feels intentional from the ratio of fish to rice, the touch of soy sauce, and even the hint of wasabi, all balanced perfectly. You'll get a variety of nigiri, from delicate white fish to rich toro, and even some beautifully seared pieces. With tax, tip, and drinks, you're looking at around $225 to $250 per person, but trust me, it's worth every penny.
Located inside a strip mall with plenty of parking. It's a quaint little spot with a sushi bar and a couple of tables.

Hidden Sushi Gem Off the Strip
My experience at Hiroyoshi was like discovering a true hidden sushi gem off the Strip. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the rolls were clean and simple. The omakase offered an authentic Japanese experience.
The space is small and quiet, making it a true locals’ spot. It’s one of the best-kept sushi secrets in town.

Authentic Japanese Gem - Must Try!
My experience at this cozy, authentic Japanese spot was fantastic. The restaurant has decent parking and a limited capacity, so reservations are highly recommended. We started with edamame and the premium sashimi, both of which were incredibly fresh and flavorful.
The grilled black cod was absolutely outstanding, and the nigiri was excellent. For dessert, we enjoyed delicious mochi and green tea ice cream. Overall, this place is a must-try for anyone seeking genuine Japanese cuisine.

A Hidden Gem for True Sushi Aficionados
Tucked away well off the Strip, Sushi Hiroyoshi is where true craftsmanship quietly thrives. This isn’t about flashy décor or gimmicks — it’s about letting the fish, the rice, and the chef’s mastery speak for themselves. Do yourself a favor and go for the top-end omakase.
It’s an unforgettable journey where each piece builds on the last, with rare maguro cuts and other surprises that will leave you savoring every bite. I agonized over sharing this because I only make it here once a year — but some places are just too special to keep secret. For sushi lovers, this is one of Las Vegas’s best-kept secrets.

Exceptional Sushi Off the Strip
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I make it a point to visit every time I'm in Vegas for more than a weekend. The sushi quality and service are truly on par with Michelin-star establishments.
What's even more impressive are the extremely reasonable prices. They offer 5 different types of toro, with each order containing two pieces. It's definitely worth the trek off the Strip.
