My experience at this restaurant was great! I have IBS and GERD, which makes it difficult to eat most foods, but I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan pizza and chicken pasta. They were pretty good and suitable for my dietary needs. The food received a perfect score of 5, and the service was also excellent with a score of 5. The atmosphere was rated 4, and it was very quiet, which I appreciated.

My experience was absolutely 10/10. This establishment served us warm pizza when everything else was closed at 5 am. They also provided us with a place to eat it, keeping us out of the cold. The customer service was 10/10, truly humanitarian. The pizza itself was heavenly. I totally recommend this place; the pizza was like water in the dessert.

The workers, who are not American, struggled with communication. The first cashier didn't understand my order for shawarma pizza, even with pictures. His partner tried to help, showing me chicken shawarma with fries and mentioning 'pitta' instead of 'pizza, ' which I initially mistook due to accent and pronunciation differences. I thought they understood my order after showing pictures to the partner. My main point is that the business needs serious management. The workers don't pay attention and are not helpful. I hope the head of the business addresses these issues, as I wish the company the best.

I was honestly surprised by this place. While walking by, I noticed a sign advertising a $12. 99 shawarma wrap. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an old sign, and the actual price was $15. 99. Despite the price difference, I decided to order it anyway. The shawarma turned out to be pretty good and a generous size. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the fries were crispy and fresh as well. Nothing was stale, which is a common issue at other budget shawarma spots I've tried. I appreciate that they are open late and would definitely order the shawarma wrap again if I'm doing the Polk Street crawl. It would have been a five-star review if the prices displayed on the sign were accurate.

I walked in to order at 1 PM on a Saturday and was rudely told "it's closed" for a supposed 5-minute break. This was communicated by a chef who had to be called to the front by front-of-house staff that could not speak English. My experience was one of poor service and unexpected closure.
