Humanitarian Service and Heavenly Pizza
My experience was absolutely 10/10. This establishment served us warm pizza when everything else was closed at 5 am. They also provided us with a place to eat it, keeping us out of the cold.

Disappointing Dine-In Experience Despite Good Pizza
I usually order pizza shawarma through DoorDash and have really liked it. Deciding to try the dine-in experience, I was hoping for the same great pizza. However, the service was lacking.
The workers, who are not American, struggled with communication. The first cashier didn't understand my order for shawarma pizza, even with pictures. His partner tried to help, showing me chicken shawarma with fries and mentioning 'pitta' instead of 'pizza, ' which I initially mistook due to accent and pronunciation differences.
I thought they understood my order after showing pictures to the partner. My main point is that the business needs serious management. The workers don't pay attention and are not helpful.
I hope the head of the business addresses these issues, as I wish the company the best.
