Incorrect Order at Drive-Thru
I went through the drive-thru at the El Cajon location and ordered two sprinkle donuts. Unfortunately, I received two donuts with filling instead. I was surprised and thought, "Wow, this is incorrect.
" It makes me question how much intelligence is required to get a small order right.

No Doughnuts? How?
I showed up at 07: 30 for breakfast for work and they were already sold out of the MOST BASIC ONE, the glazed doughnut! When I asked if they were making more, they said no. How can you be a doughnut shop and have no doughnuts to sell 🤣

Disappointing Experience with Inconsistent Quality
I’ve been here before, and the experience with the quality and quantity of donuts can be hit or miss. However, I continued to give them my business because it's close to home, and I believe in supporting businesses on base. This place, however, needs an overhaul or change ASAP.
I woke up at 5: 00 AM to get there by 5: 20 AM to pick up a dozen donuts for my coworkers in honor of Labor Day, but as you can see, their hours are incorrect both online and on the door. If I had known, I would have planned to go out in town instead and not have wasted the time or effort. The last time I went, there were minimal donuts and the coffee pick-up area was a mess, but I overlooked it due to the 'support our own' mentality.
Lesson learned. This is why we don’t have nice things on base 🫤

Inconsistent Coffee Orders
My husband works on base and is lovely enough to offer to bring me a coffee some days. My order is always the same, but I NEVER get the same drink twice. They are very inconsistent with their product.
I always ask for creamer; sometimes it's in my drink and sometimes it's not. I've come to expect the unexpected.

Cold, Burnt, and Slow at Dunkin' Donuts
It must be challenging to handle a simple task like preparing food, especially fast food at a gas station. Every time I or my coworkers get food at the Miramar Dunkin’ Donuts, the food is either cold, not cooked, or cooked so poorly it’s burned. The workers seem indifferent to the quality of your food.
The wait time during the drive-through is incredibly long, taking what feels like '10 years' even though they open early at 5 A. M. I once ordered several wake-up wraps, watched them put them in the oven, and after driving away, discovered they were cold as ice.
Other times, the food has been burnt to a crisp. One would be better off going to a Waffle House and at least getting entertainment while watching people cook and interact.

Delicious donuts and a great experience!
I absolutely love eating donuts here. The food is fantastic, and the service and atmosphere are top-notch, all receiving a perfect 5/5. It's a great place to enjoy a treat and read reviews about civilians not being able to get on base.

Basic Food, Nice Atmosphere, Lacking Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was basic, and the service was lackluster. However, the atmosphere was nice.
Occasionally, the place can look a little dirty, especially if the counters where you pick up your coffee and order aren't wiped down.

Avoid This Place for Breakfast
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I would strongly advise making your own breakfast rather than ordering from here. If you order more than 4 items, there's a high chance you'll either be missing an item or receive something completely different from what's on the menu.
The service was abysmal. : (#bringbacktacobell

Consistently Wrong Orders and Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing. They habitually get even the simplest of orders wrong. Their care and customer service are far below lackluster.
I believe they should start fresh with an entire new crew of workers.

Worst Dunkin Ever
My experience at this Dunkin' was extremely negative. I found the coffee to be consistently burnt. The only reason this establishment remains in business is due to the overwhelming popularity of the Starbucks on base.
I would advise against visiting this location.
