My experience at this NY Chinese restaurant was extremely disappointing due to terrible customer service. I spent nearly $50 and never received my food. After being told it was on the way, I waited at the hotel front desk for several minutes, but it never arrived. When I called the restaurant, the woman who answered was extremely rude. She dismissed my issue, stating it wasn't their problem and I should contact Grubhub. She even suggested I should have picked up the food myself instead of ordering through Grubhub. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I ordered the orange chicken, and BROOO, it made me feel like I could float. I'm definitely coming back to this place.

I've been ordering from NY Chinese since I moved to Florida in 2020. I always order the same thing, and I've never had a problem with my food. Even though I've moved across town, I still make the nearly 30-minute drive because I'm scared to go anywhere else for Chinese 😭.

I stumbled across this restaurant and it reminded me of home. After living in Orlando for seven years, I absolutely love their food! I tried the beef with mixed vegetables and vegetable lo mein, along with the egg drop soup, and they are my absolute hands-down favorites. Every time I order, my food arrives hot and delicious. I'm impressed by how well they cook and keep the food fresh. The young cook who prepares my soup most times has impeccable skills – beyond impressed! The person at the front desk for both dine-in and take-out orders is just as sweet and talented. I absolutely love this place and will not go to another restaurant! It truly gives you the feeling of New York. I took photos of the egg drop soup to show how beautifully it's created, and of course, you can't forget the fried crispy noodles!

My experience was that the food was hot upon delivery, which was the only positive aspect. However, the portions were small. The spring roll was the smallest I have ever seen, only two bites. I also did not receive the utensils I asked for.

I was told not to go there, and I should have listened. My experience was extremely negative, primarily due to the food. The Hot and Sour soup was the worst I have ever tasted. It was greasy and tasted like sweet and sour. I have never tasted anything this bad. I did not ask for a refund or accept a credit, especially if the food tastes like this. 👎👎👎👎

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the food was not only unappetizing but appeared to be someone else's discarded leftovers. The plate contained a used fork and an empty container, indicating a severe lack of hygiene and quality control. When I contacted the restaurant to address this issue, they were unhelpful, stating that my food had already been prepared and refused to remake it. This was incredibly unprofessional and frankly, disgusting, given the state of the food I received.

My experience at the restaurant today was disappointing. While the food is sometimes good, today's meal missed the mark. The krab Rangoon was hard and empty, the chicken was dry, and even the donuts had barely any sugar. It seems like whoever is in the kitchen needs to improve their performance.
