Terrible Service, Never Received Food
My experience at this NY Chinese restaurant was extremely disappointing due to terrible customer service. I spent nearly $50 and never received my food. After being told it was on the way, I waited at the hotel front desk for several minutes, but it never arrived.
When I called the restaurant, the woman who answered was extremely rude. She dismissed my issue, stating it wasn't their problem and I should contact Grubhub. She even suggested I should have picked up the food myself instead of ordering through Grubhub.
This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Authentic New York Feel and Delicious Food!
I stumbled across this restaurant and it reminded me of home. After living in Orlando for seven years, I absolutely love their food! I tried the beef with mixed vegetables and vegetable lo mein, along with the egg drop soup, and they are my absolute hands-down favorites.
Every time I order, my food arrives hot and delicious. I'm impressed by how well they cook and keep the food fresh. The young cook who prepares my soup most times has impeccable skills – beyond impressed!
The person at the front desk for both dine-in and take-out orders is just as sweet and talented. I absolutely love this place and will not go to another restaurant! It truly gives you the feeling of New York.
