Del Taco - Reviews

My experience at this restaurant was a mix of excellent food and incredibly frustrating service. The reviewer was asked to "pull around to the front so we can ‘close’ your order and look good to the manager while we take 15 minutes to prepare your food? " The reviewer's response was a firm "NO, I CANT. STOP DOING THIS DUMB NONSENSE. " Despite the poor service, the food itself was rated a 5 out of 5, indicating high quality. However, the service and atmosphere were both rated a 1, highlighting significant issues in these areas.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The tortillas on both the breakfast burritos and rollers were stale and hard to chew. Additionally, getting into the drive-through was impossible because a trash truck was taking a break, blocking the lane.

My experience at this Del Taco location has been consistently disappointing regarding the amount of filling in my burritos. On approximately six visits, the burritos have had less than half the filling compared to other Del Taco locations. I believe this is due to how the staff is trained at this particular franchise. I intend to contact Del Taco corporate to understand their policy, as I suspect this location is violating its franchise agreement by providing subpar food. Typically, Del Taco franchises are excellent and well-served, making it hard to understand how this location has managed to mess up so badly. Congratulations to the owner on this poor execution.

My experience at this restaurant was frustrating due to significant order errors and poor food quality. I ordered 4 tacos and a Double Del Meal, but the hamburger was missing from the order. Additionally, the fries were cold. For $23. 00, I expected a correct and hot meal. It's baffling how difficult it seems to get a simple order right.

My experience at Del Taco was absolutely amazing! The food was incredible, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. I'll definitely be back for more! If you see this review, please hit that like button! 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious menu items!

My visits here are usually disappointing. Today, I think I'm going to leave an appropriate review. I was kind of hungry, so thanks for screwing up my order. One item and you screwed it up. And it was not a special order either. Not that hard.

My experience at this Del Taco location was fantastic, primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Sal. The food was delicious, fresh, and hot, tasting exactly as it should. Sal, in particular, stood out for his kindness and friendliness. He truly cares about the customer's experience, consistently delivering excellent tasting food and quality service with a smile. He is an asset to Del Taco! I previously visited another location where the quality of both product and service declined, making the nearly 40-minute drive to this location worthwhile. I'm so grateful 🙏 that Sal is back!

I was really excited when a Del Taco became the closest fast food restaurant to my house, considering I live on the edge of the city. However, this place has gone downhill since it opened a few years ago. I never write reviews, but after being disappointed time after time here, I am. First off, the management makes you park in front to wait for your order, even if there isn’t a car behind you, to make it appear they are making orders quickly through the drive-through. Second, the fries are always soggy and/or raw-ish in the middle. And last, this picture is a crispy chicken taco, and recently the chicken changed. What in the world is this weird frozen chicken nugget thing? The staff is always friendly and nice.

I've been going to Del Taco since I was a kid. My experience has been consistently good, offering good value and good food!

My experience at this restaurant was quite impressive, especially considering it's a fast-food street taco place. I ordered the alpastor tacos, alpastor burrito, and alpastor fries, and I was thoroughly impressed with all of them. The food was delicious, and the other items I ordered were also very good. My only suggestion for improvement would be a better, more homemade spicy salsa.
