My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing due to the high cost of the food. I found it to be crazy expensive, with nearly twenty dollars for just four pieces of chicken. To make matters worse, they charged an additional 20 cents for each specialty sauce, which seemed like a small 2 tbsp package. The servers' attitude was also a letdown, with a blank stare when I was informed about the extra charge for dipping sauce. Given the ridiculous price for what is essentially Kentucky Fried Chicken, I expected better value and service.

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. They were out of biscuits, which was a bummer. I also ordered the mashed potatoes without gravy, but they mistakenly brought it with gravy. The food score was 2 and service score was 1.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent, primarily due to the service I received. Justin was incredibly friendly and attentive. I truly appreciate the service he provided; he is very good at what he does.

My experience at this KFC was disappointing. It was more expensive than others KFC’s, and the chicken pieces were really small. I will never be going back again.

😞 My experience was one of frustration and a lack of resolution when I tried to cancel an order placed at the wrong location. I had already paid, but there was no refund. Customer service and management offered no help. The app also proved unhelpful, and emailing the location directly was equally ineffective. I was informed that if there wasn't an icon to cancel on the app, the order couldn't be canceled, despite there being one initially. I paid for chicken that I was unable to pick up. I'm left wondering if an employee received my order for free, or if someone eventually got free chicken. The KFC at this location pocketed my funds.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent. The food tasted just as it should, served hot/warm and fast. The service was also excellent, and the atmosphere was great, all receiving a perfect 5-star rating.
