Mr. Pizza Man - Reviews

I ordered an onion chicken today and found a hair on the box. That would’ve been fine since it was on the outside, but when I opened the food, I saw several hairs on both chicken pieces and on the onions. The meal was full of short black hairs, as you can see in the photos. I called Mr. Pizza to try to resolve the issue, and the staff member told me it was “very strange because the cook doesn’t have hair, ” implying that I was lying. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, especially since he repeated that several times. I requested a refund and I’m waiting for a response, but I’d like to suggest that next time, the restaurant should listen to the customer carefully and respectfully instead of assuming they’re making things up. This is a matter of hygiene, respect, and basic manners.

My experience at Mr. Pizza Man was fantastic! The pizza arrived hot and delicious. Mr. Pizza Man is my go-to for employee meetings!

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered a pizza and buffalo wings, but the chicken wings were raw. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter, he became argumentative and insisted they were not raw, even suggesting I had never eaten wings before. He did not offer to remake them or check. I ended up wasting $32 without eating a single piece of food. I regret not checking reviews before visiting and advise others not to make the same mistake.

My experience involved purchasing a pizza for $24, which ultimately cost me $38 after the addition of taxes, service charges, and gratuity. Due to this unexpected increase in cost, I will not be using this service again and will opt to walk into a Pizzaman location directly.

After a cold and damp day at ocean beach, I made my way across the city to meet my friends Artemis Gordon and Jim West. I had promised to bring them some fresh ocean fish, and I delivered. But before that, I stopped at Mr. Pizza Man for a perfect pizza! This Pizzeria is way underrated, which is why I'm giving them 5 Stars ☆☆☆☆☆.

My experience was awful. I ordered and then waited for an hour and a half. When the driver finally arrived, he was rude and claimed he was outside. After I paid him $40, he gave me my change, then lied, stating I hadn't paid, despite it being on camera. He threatened to call the police, but I will sue Gilbert and the pizza man if they do. The police never showed up because they know I paid. To top it off, they never replaced my ice cold pizza. I will be contacting the BBB.
