Hair in food, poor customer service
I ordered an onion chicken today and found a hair on the box. That would’ve been fine since it was on the outside, but when I opened the food, I saw several hairs on both chicken pieces and on the onions. The meal was full of short black hairs, as you can see in the photos.
I called Mr. Pizza to try to resolve the issue, and the staff member told me it was “very strange because the cook doesn’t have hair, ” implying that I was lying. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, especially since he repeated that several times.
