Unfriendly Staff and Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was very negative due to the unfriendly staff and their misbehavior. The employees were arrogant and seemed to not know how to communicate properly, even with delivery drivers. They claimed the driver didn't show them pickup order information, indicating a lack of organization and customer service skills.
I would never ever recommend this place.

Impressed by Service and Food
My husband and I ate here the other day and were very impressed with the service! We have loved the food and drink before and would definitely recommend this place. We were very impressed by the front of house server who was doing a fantastic job especially for being the only front of house employee working that night.
She was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about her work.

Remarkable Sushi Experience!
I've had the pleasure of both dining-in and ordering to-go from Tsui Sushi, and both experiences were remarkable. They are very generous with their fish, and the pricing compared to other high-quality sushi in the Seattle area cannot be beat. Customer service was 10/10, Sushi Quality was 10/10, and the Vibes were 10/10.

Fantastic Seattle Sushi Experience!
I’m so happy this place is open near me, and relatively late night. It offers the best Seattle sushi experience outside of downtown. The chefs and server attitudes were really cool; totally the vibe you want to support.
The seared salmon nigiri was phenomenal. They have nice miso and house sake at an affordable price; a $40 Omakasi? !
I am interested and will be back to try. Sorry, no photos to share, was just enjoying the meal.

Exceptional Sushi Experience!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The employees were incredibly happy and accommodating, making me feel very welcome. Despite arriving early and having a slight wait for my order, the staff were sweet and radiant.
The restaurant itself is respectable and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the Seattle roll, with its super delicious salmon, and the Real Crab California roll. Both were perfectly crispy with a satisfying crunch, demonstrating high quality and excellent construction as they didn’t fall apart at all.
I'm thrilled to have discovered such a quality sushi place!

Our Go-To Sushi Place for Years
This is way overdue, we’ve been coming to Tsui since they opened. Before Covid when we were eating in-house, to making sure they made it through Covid. It’s always been our go-to sushi place.
They are amazing and always have been. I highly recommend eating in-house, but if you need good sushi to go, order ahead and drop by, grab your food and enjoy. We will miss them when we are gone.

Worth the Wait for Amazing Sushi
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! People who complain about the wait clearly don't appreciate the excellent quality sushi that is made with care. Honestly, this is my favorite sushi spot in Seattle!
It's worth waiting for; the American rush for service is lame. The seared salmon nigiri is melt-in-your-mouth amazing!

Long Wait for Food, Okay Experience
My experience at the restaurant was marked by an absurdly long wait, even with only five people present at 6 pm on a Thursday. It took 30 minutes for the first dishes, a salmon roll and chicken katsu, to arrive. Our second roll came out another 10 minutes later.
I had to inquire about the rest of our nigiri, which took an additional 5 minutes once they realized we were expecting it. Considering nigiri takes less than a minute to prepare, I suspect it would have taken another 30 minutes if I hadn't asked. The food quality itself was rated a 4, service a 1, and atmosphere a 3.

Sushi Bar Experience: Fun Lighting, Loud Atmosphere
My experience at this sushi bar was interesting. The main attraction is definitely the bar itself. It's not ideal for a quiet, sit-down sushi meal because it tends to be on the louder side.
The prices are also a bit on the higher side. While the lighting was fun, the overall vibe wasn't quite what I was expecting. This place might work for you if you're looking for a drink with a little sushi on the side.
