Unfriendly Staff and Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was very negative due to the unfriendly staff and their misbehavior. The employees were arrogant and seemed to not know how to communicate properly, even with delivery drivers. They claimed the driver didn't show them pickup order information, indicating a lack of organization and customer service skills. I would never ever recommend this place.

Impressed by Service and Food
My husband and I ate here the other day and were very impressed with the service! We have loved the food and drink before and would definitely recommend this place. We were very impressed by the front of house server who was doing a fantastic job especially for being the only front of house employee working that night. She was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about her work.

Remarkable Sushi Experience!
I've had the pleasure of both dining-in and ordering to-go from Tsui Sushi, and both experiences were remarkable. They are very generous with their fish, and the pricing compared to other high-quality sushi in the Seattle area cannot be beat. Customer service was 10/10, Sushi Quality was 10/10, and the Vibes were 10/10.

Fantastic Seattle Sushi Experience!
I’m so happy this place is open near me, and relatively late night. It offers the best Seattle sushi experience outside of downtown. The chefs and server attitudes were really cool; totally the vibe you want to support. The seared salmon nigiri was phenomenal. They have nice miso and house sake at an affordable price; a $40 Omakasi? ! I am interested and will be back to try. Sorry, no photos to share, was just enjoying the meal.

Exceptional Sushi Experience!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The employees were incredibly happy and accommodating, making me feel very welcome. Despite arriving early and having a slight wait for my order, the staff were sweet and radiant. The restaurant itself is respectable and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the Seattle roll, with its super delicious salmon, and the Real Crab California roll. Both were perfectly crispy with a satisfying crunch, demonstrating high quality and excellent construction as they didn’t fall apart at all. I'm thrilled to have discovered such a quality sushi place!
