My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the servers were very nice, the food was not good. It's also concerning to hear that the owners disrespect their workers.

My first time experience at this restaurant was amazingggg from the moment I walked in. Trisha & Dave provided realllyyyy amazing service and made excellent recommendations, especially since it was my first visit. I will definitely suggest more people come here. The service was amazing, and the food was insane!

My experience at this restaurant was truly sensational. The place is always clean, and the staff is consistently amazing. I particularly enjoyed the gyro, which I believe is the best in San Diego. Don't forget to add the white sauce – I like mine with extra sauce! 😊

My experience at Halal Guys was genuinely disappointing. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it had no flavor and was dry. I was bummed considering the price we paid, especially since we used to love Halal Guys. We will not be back.

I'm so glad this place opened in my neighborhood! I used to only go when I was on the east coast, but now it's just around the corner. The food is consistently delicious and fresh, and the staff is great as well.

I was so excited to try this restaurant in San Diego, as I had enjoyed the brand in Manhattan years ago. My initial visit was promising, with the owner providing a warm and welcoming experience. However, subsequent visits have been consistently unpleasant. On one occasion, staff members engaged in an argument in front of customers, and one employee slammed the kitchen door so forcefully that it detached from its hinges. While I hoped this was an isolated incident, the staff has generally been unfriendly, making patrons feel like an inconvenience. Specifically, one employee, described as a 'skinny Asian guy, ' was particularly sour and unpleasant. Although I dislike leaving negative reviews, I believe the owner should be aware of these issues when he's not present. I wish the owner success and hope for better staff in the future, but after multiple bad experiences, I regretfully will not be returning.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent, largely due to the outstanding customer service provided by David. He offered a warm greeting and was so attentive that he anticipated my order. David is truly on top of it! The service was a definite highlight.

I walked by today and was delighted to see a new restaurant in this spot. They had great deals, more affordable than I was expecting. It was clean and very cute. The staff was so nice too! Amanda and Josmar were so attentive and kind! I will definitely be back!

My dining experience was incredibly bleak. The pita looked like it had seen better days, with limp, pale lettuce and tomatoes that seemed to have given up. The chicken cubes were watery and flavorless, akin to soggy paper towels. I endured a ten-minute wait behind a large order while one kind but overworked woman managed the line. The atmosphere felt like a zombie movie, with harsh fluorescent lights and a general sense of hopelessness. The only positive was the generous scooping, but it was just generous portions of mediocrity. This place likely thrives on late-night hunger and liquid courage, where anything can taste gourmet at 2 a. M. It's unfortunate that as one gets older and drinks less, the "ugliness" becomes more apparent.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I was really looking forward to trying their food, but unfortunately, it was mid at best. Given the quality of the food, I don't think I'll be going back.
