Delicious sandwich and great service!
My experience at the restaurant was very positive, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Evelyn. She was a helpful and kind person and made my sandwich very good and delicious. The price per person was between $10–20.

Skinny Sandwiches, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was marked by terrible customer service. Additionally, the sandwiches were so skinny that I felt like I was scammed paying full price.

Awesome Staff, High Prices
My experience at this Subway was fantastic, primarily due to the awesome, warm, and friendly people working there. The manager was amazingly friendly and engaging, making it a surprisingly pleasant Subway visit. However, the high cost of Subway is a significant drawback, unrelated to the staff's performance.

Mediocre Subway Experience
My experience at this Subway was very mediocre. While it's Subway, so you know what to expect, this location was just very middle of the road. The staff seemed carefree, but they did make my food fast.
Consistency is one of the few good things about Subway, and that was present here. However, I would personally worry about allergies if you have any, as cross-contamination is evident and uncared for. The parking situation is difficult, with no nearby parking, and it's mainly used by on-campus students.
The paid parking garage is an option, but finding a space is difficult. For vegetarians, it's all fresh, and you can just ask for no meat, making it highly recommended with a large vegetarian selection. The atmosphere and food were rated a 3, and service was also rated a 3.
This location is not recommended for kids; it's more for students and people of SDSU.

Typical Subway with Drink Issues
My experience at this typical Subway had a few minor issues. The soft drink machine was not working, and I was directed to another drink station. Unfortunately, there were no lids or straws available, and the lids provided did not fit the Subway drink cups.
Despite these inconveniences, the atmosphere was rated highly.

Terrible App Experience, Stolen Order
My first time using the Subway app resulted in a stolen order. When I informed the representative, they refused to remake it. The coworker who gave my order to someone else was not present.
I had to place and pay for another order and reported the incident to my credit card company. The representative also refused to provide their manager's name. I am deleting the app and will not use it again.

Terrible customer service, especially for students
My experience at this restaurant was marked by the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They treat customers, especially those they know are students, very poorly. One of the staff members, a man in his thirties named Daniel, was particularly rude and aggressive.

Disappointing Subway Experience
As a student at SDSU, I recently ordered a tuna salad from this Subway. I found the price to be too high, around $10 for a small portion of vegetables and two scoops of tuna, without any extras. The staff were consistently rude, particularly the large male cashier.
The taste of the salad was not as good as expected. I regret not ordering from the neighboring restaurant and will not return to this Subway. I suggest improving the amount of vegetables in the salads and hiring kinder, more pleasant employees.

Subway: Efficient but Lacks Guidance
My experience at this Subway was mixed. While they are very efficient most of the time, and the food still tastes good, the taste isn't quite as good as other Subway restaurants I've visited. I tried to explore something new by asking for cheese recommendations with my chosen meat, but the staff member couldn't answer.
While I won't hold this against them, I'd only recommend this Subway if you already know what you want and are familiar with Subway in general.

Frustrating experience with system issues
I spent 20 minutes in line for nothing. The systems went down with a line of over 30 people, and they decided to tell everyone individually as they walked up to order that they couldn't accept credit/debit. I had to do everyone a favor and inform the line that they don't accept cards.
