Jersey Mike's - Reviews

My experience at this Jersey Mike's has been a mixed bag. While the food consistently receives a high rating (5/5), the service is a major letdown, scoring only 1/5. Some staff members are awesome, but the majority seem to have an attitude. We've visited multiple times hoping for improvement, but the best employees don't seem to stay long, suggesting a potential issue with the store's climate. The atmosphere is rated at 3/5. Given the availability of two other Jersey Mike's locations, we likely won't be returning to this particular one.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to issues with both the food and the service. I was adamant about getting a different bread because the one being used was from yesterday's batch (hot sub bread). As a former employee, I knew this wasn't fresh. However, the employee did not cooperate and gave me the same loaf. A sub is only as good as its bread, and the rosemary parm was not up to standard in terms of freshness. The staff also engaged in awkward bantering with customers.

My experience at this restaurant was truly wonderful. The service was super great, with an incredible staff who always greeted me with care. I was always delighted by the atmosphere and the speed of service. The eating was really good too. I highly recommend this place!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic from the moment I walked in. I was instantly greeted with a warm welcome and big smiles, creating good vibes from the jump. The team was upbeat and clearly enjoying their work, which was evident. I placed my order, and it was ready in just 8 minutes – a testament to their fast and efficient service. Everything looked fresh, and they prepared my sandwiches exactly as I requested. Special thanks to Donna and Hannah for their excellent job, keeping the atmosphere light and funny throughout. The great energy and great service make this place highly recommendable for anyone seeking good food and even better people.

My experience at the restaurant involved a good portion on the sandwich. However, there was no greeting upon entering, and the service was rushed, even though I was the only one in line. They were out of one item, and they did discount the cost.

My experience at this Jersey Mike's location was great! I ordered my favorite, the #9 Club Supreme, which was excellent. The wait time was not long, and the staff were very friendly. The store was clean and fully stocked. I recommend this place!

My experience at this restaurant was trash. I ordered a steak that was incredibly dry, and a sub that was supposed to have extra cheese, but it arrived with no cheese at all. I will never go back.

My experience at Buy Sandwiches was disappointing. I came to get sandwiches, but they had run out of bread. This felt like a waste of my time and money, as I ended up having to go to Jersey Mike's instead. It's frustrating when a place isn't prepared to serve customers.
