I was pleasantly surprised to find a place that offers non-dairy cheese options. The pizza was just as good as making it at home myself. It's hard to find places that cater to dairy intolerance, and I love that they use Violife cheese. The service, atmosphere, and food all received a perfect score of 5.

Although the restaurant was busy, my experience was positive. The staff were quick to help check me out and get me on my way. I appreciated their efficiency even during a busy period.

In spite of being extremely shorthanded that day (a manager in the back room and only one server), my pizza came to me quickly and was exactly what I wanted. The service was surprisingly efficient given the circumstances, and the food was excellent.

As regular and frequent customers at the Holman Road location in Seattle, we appreciate the consistency of quality and service.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent. The person named Samantha was very good and knew exactly what she was doing. She did a great job from taking my order to preparing my pizza and wrapping it well so I could get it home on the bus. The service was outstanding, and the food was prepared perfectly.

Just moved out here and was looking for a spot for a munchie run. The employees/staff were really sweet and nice. The pick up process was so easy. I'll definitely be going back.

My experience at this restaurant was centered around the unique concept of baking your own pizza. It's a fun and engaging process, and while it's on you not to burn it, it's definitely worth it. I tried the California and the Cowboy Pizzas, and they also had cheesy bread. The location is easy to find and is one of only two in Seattle proper. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

While I was in a moment of deep despair, they showed me grace and compassion, which meant everything to me. They went above and beyond what one might expect when simply ordering pizza, transforming a difficult moment into a beautiful experience. Their kindness restored my faith in humanity, and I am so grateful for their beautiful souls. The Service, Atmosphere, and Food were all rated a perfect 5.

My experience was quite disappointing. Although the restaurant states it closes at 8 PM, they stop making pizzas 30 minutes prior, effectively closing at 7: 30 PM. This is misleading, and they should simply state their actual closing time. I've consistently encountered poor customer service at this Papa John's.
