Nightmare Service and Missing Avocado
I usually order from this location because it's the closest, but ordering here in-store or online is a nightmare! Today, I ordered online and paid for smash avocado and slices, but to my surprise, the footlong didn't have it. I asked about it, and she just told me they don't have avocado and she can't give me my money back.
WHAT? It's always the same with this employee; she never gives solutions. And the service is always awful!

Online Order Disaster
My experience with this online order was extremely disappointing. I received only 1 out of 7 items correctly. It seems the restaurant staff just added whatever they wanted to my order instead of fulfilling what I requested.
This resulted in a significant mismatch between what I ordered and what I received, making the entire experience a failure.

Broken Soda Machine for Months
My experience at this restaurant was marred by a persistent issue: the soda machine has been broken for over three months. I ordered a combo set with the intention of enjoying a soda, but this was not possible. Each time I visited, the employees seemed unaware of when it would be fixed.

Tuna sandwich caused stomach pain
My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. I ordered a tuna sandwich, and unfortunately, it caused me significant stomach pain after eating it. Beyond that specific dish, I found the overall food quality to be not good.
The pain in my stomach was considerable, and because of this experience, I do not recommend this place.

Daily Special Price Rip-off
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the pricing of the daily special. I was advised not to get the daily special for $6. 99 because they would still sell it to you for at least $11.

Terrible Sandwich Experience
My experience was garbage. The sandwich had small, spongy meatballs, stale bread, and burnt sauce. I paid ten bucks for this horrible sandwich.
I should have just swallowed the Hamilton.

Horrible Experience, Cold Food, and Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was horrible. I ordered online, and when I arrived, an employee could hardly accommodate me regarding an item I had already paid for but was unavailable. I had to ask multiple times to replace the $7.
99 pizza they didn't have. After several options, they agreed to a measly 6" sandwich. My cheesesteak sandwich had cold meat, was toasted against my wishes, and was missing green peppers, a key ingredient.
The Italian bread was also horribly hard. Having worked at Subway for 4 years, I know the quality and freshness expected, and this was not it. I wasted $50 here and will never return.
It's a horrible location for good service and good food.

Frustrating Experience, Inconsistent Quality
I fear this location is beyond saving. Half the time I show up an hour before closing and they’re closed. I don’t know how my sandwich is royally screwed up every single time I actually do make it inside because they’re making it right in front of me.
I should have learned my lesson but after tonight I’ll just choose a different location. I asked for turkey and pepperoni (normal for me), she gave me half and half but still charged double meat. I asked for pepper Jack cheese, she put American on it.
They look similar so I didn’t notice. I asked for a small amount of Sriracha, she absolutely drenched the sandwich in it. And the bread was rock hard.
I’m paying $20 for this footlong it would be so nice if it was correct.

Unprofessional Closing Time Policy
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to their unprofessional closing time policy. It was 8: 50 PM, and they were scheduled to close at 9: 30 PM. However, upon entering, the two women working stated they were closing early.
This lack of adherence to their stated hours was unprofessional. They proceeded to clean up everything, and I observed them leaving at 9: 08 PM. Subsequently, three other groups arrived, only to find the restaurant closed and leave.
One of the staff members had her daughter with her during this time.

Nice Employees, Good Ingredients for the Price
I'm not sure why everyone is so mad that this location doesn’t take coupons. I haven’t seen a single subway location in the city that does. I always online order so can’t comment about the wait, but the employees have always been very nice when handing over the sandwich.
I’ve found the quality of ingredients and quantity of meat pretty good for a $13 meal.
