My delivery experience was a complete disaster. The food ended up at the wrong unit, and when I called to sort out their mistake, the shop’s response was unbelievably unhelpful. They essentially doubled down on their error and refused any form of compensation, leaving me without dinner. It's beyond frustrating that a simple verification step, like asking for a name or phone number, wasn't taken, resulting in someone else getting a free meal. Their lack of accountability and refusal to make things right is appalling. Save yourself the headache and order from a more reliable service.
