Unacceptable Service, No Staff Present
My experience at this restaurant was extremely poor due to a complete lack of service. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. Despite hearing someone in the back chopping, my calls for attention and even calls to their phone number went unanswered.
This lack of staff availability made for a frustrating and unwelcoming experience.

Consistently Good Takeout
My experience has been ordering takeout from them. The food quality is consistently good, and it’s usually ready pretty fast.

Solid Poke Bowl Options, Will Return
On my 1st visit, I found good solid poke bowl options. The interior isn't fancy, but I noticed several people picking up orders, which is a good sign that it's a local favorite. I had the medium bowl and was very full afterward.
There was a great mix of options. I will definitely return.

Long Wait, Poor Service
My experience at the restaurant was marked by a long wait. Despite being there first, I had to wait while friends of someone behind the counter were served before me. This was extremely annoying.

Consistent and Fresh Poke Bowls
I frequently order from this location for my poke fix. The portions are generous and the ingredients are fresh. While it might not be the absolute best poke bowl around, it's consistently reliable.

Good Poke Bowls, Limited Dining Space
My experience at this restaurant was centered around convenient and good poke bowls. The shop primarily functions as a pickup location, and it's not really suited for dining in.

Appalling Food Quality - Do Not Recommend
My experience at this restaurant was truly disgusting. I ordered the albacore tuna, and it was yellowish, had a very off-tasting flavor, and was brown. It was actually appalling that this restaurant is open.
I don't understand how they have so many good reviews; perhaps they paid for them. I give it a 0/10 and do not recommend it.

Flies and Disappointment
My experience at this restaurant was largely negative due to the presence of flies. There were flies flying around the front of the door and also in the fish area. This was not a pleasant sight and I didn't like it.

Disappointing Portion Size and Service
I came here to pick up lunch while working and due to the lunch rush, I watched the employee make at least 10 bowls prior to mine where they were so full they had to smash the tops down. Me being in my work uniform, I guess I wasn’t welcome because my bowl had about an inch to reach the lid. I was going to walk away without the bowl, but it wasn’t worth it due to the crowd.
I will never go back, working or not. I don’t expect anything extra, but I expect the same as I’m spending my hard earned money just the same. Still had meat left and no other sustenance.
Look how clean the bowl is as it didn’t come close to the lid.
