I had a pleasant experience at this Subway outlet. Our group of 20-somethings had diverse requirements, and the lady at the counter was incredibly accommodating and very sweet throughout the entire process. She didn't rush us, making the ordering experience very smooth. Thank you for your excellent service!

My experience at Subway was terrible and disappointing. They are notorious for advertising deals that never exist, whether we try to order online or visit the store. Their App doesn’t work, and their telephone number is also non-functional in Rancho Peñasquitos. They might as well close the store. 😡 SORRY!

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. We waited about 20 minutes and were still waiting, even though there were only 3 people in front of us. We ended up leaving due to the long wait.

My experience at this place was disappointing. The food and ingredients tasted old, with the turkey tasting stale and the bread being very chewy. I'm also questioning if the bread size has shrunk, or if it's just for this store, as what I received seemed small. Overall, I probably won't go back.

My experience with this restaurant was quite disappointing. I placed an app order, which usually doesn't involve a long wait. However, upon arrival, I found only one employee working, despite the store being full of people waiting for their orders. This employee was working at an extremely slow pace, taking 15 minutes to make a single sandwich. It's baffling that on a Saturday night during a promotion, there was only one worker. This indicates horrible management. I wish for more affordable food places and hope they can do better.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing due to inconsistent food. Every time I order, there are issues. I specifically request no mayo, yet it's added to my sub. Furthermore, when I select extra toppings, I receive the standard amount. My subs are never made correctly, which is particularly frustrating as my children do not eat mayo on their subs. Despite the app clearly stating my preferences, the orders are still incorrect, with unwanted toppings sometimes included. While I choose this location for convenience due to its proximity to my home, the recurring problems force me to travel to Poway to get my subs made correctly. The food quality and order accuracy are a major concern.

My experience was extremely frustrating. I waited for one hour for my order, only for it to be canceled. The reason given was that the toaster was broken. It's disappointing when a restaurant takes orders without being ready, wasting customers' driving time and their own time.

My experience at this Subway was incredibly slow. I've visited a few times and have never been able to get in and out quickly, with wait times consistently around 30-40 minutes. During my most recent visit, even with only a couple of people ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches, I waited 30 minutes without being helped and ultimately left without any food. There should never be only one worker present, as this leads to them becoming stressed and results in slow service for everyone. Honestly, any other Subway location would be better than this one.

My experience at this Subway was above average. I found the food to be decent and the service to be decent as well. When compared to other subplaces, this Subway is fairly decent. I usually order online when I get that Subway nostalgia, and the staff is very skillful at handling online orders.
