Soggy Sandwich, Overpriced
My experience was disappointing. I ordered what was supposed to be a panini, but it arrived as a soggy sandwich that was neither pressed nor toasted. I felt I paid way too much for this poor quality food.

Disappointing Coffee and Stale Sandwiches
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The coffee was barely warm, and the breakfast sandwiches seemed like they were made the day before and then reheated. Honestly, McDonald's would have been a better option.

Airport Grab-and-Go Disappointment
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. To echo others, they sell warmed sandwiches, not paninis. Their cold brew is also just iced coffee, not actual cold brew, as far as I can tell. To top it off, they gave my sandwich to the person who had clearly just ordered it, so I had to wait another 5 minutes. I know there are limited options in the airport, but I would avoid this place unless you just want something grab and go.

Disappointing Panini Experience
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the food. The item they called a panini was not a true panini; the bread was not toasted and it was warmed in a toaster oven rather than pressed. The ingredients were basic: turkey, American cheese, and two slices of tomato and bacon. It felt like mediocre airport food. On a positive note, the staff was nice and they did try to improve the bread's toastiness by putting it back in the toaster oven when I asked about a panini press. However, the overall food quality was a letdown.

Terrible Pesto Chicken Sandwich
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the food. I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and was met with a strange processed patty. It was the worst sandwich I have ordered in recent memory, and I ended up having to throw it away!

Disappointing Panini Experience
I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this experience was quite bad. It was disappointing to find out that out of only three panini choices, one was unavailable by 11 AM. This meant the chicken pesto sandwich was essentially just a chicken sandwich. I opted for the smoked turkey panini, which was incredibly sparse, containing only about two pieces of turkey, two thin slices of bacon, and a single slice of cheese. It seems the restaurant was not adequately stocked for a front-end operation, which was very unfortunate. My advice would be to consider getting pizza or something else, as it might be served hot. I will acknowledge that the ladies working were very nice.

Unpleasant Cashier Interaction
My experience this morning, September 12th, around 9: 15–9: 25 a. M. , was unfortunately marked by the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. I asked the cashier for a cup of ice. When she inquired if I already had a cup, I stated no and asked if I could have a small bag of ice instead. She displayed clear annoyance and informed me she would have to charge for a cup. I explained that I had just purchased a coffee and would return with that cup. Upon my return with my empty coffee cup, I politely asked again, but she reiterated that she needed to charge for a cup, even though I brought my own. Her expressions, which included disgust, disappointment, and a smirk when I asked if everything was okay, made the entire interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. If this is the level of service customers can expect, I would suggest others take their business elsewhere.

Panini Disappointment: Not What It Used To Be
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Years ago, their panini menu stated it was made with whole wheat bread. However, now it's made with white bread and only toasted on one side. The interior tomato was the hottest part, making it appear microwaved. I would suggest selling your stock.

Disappointing Microwaved Panini
I ordered a Tomato Caprese panini, but what I received was essentially the regular fillings of a tomato caprese slapped between two sourdough slices and then microwaved. The bread wasn't even toasted. I essentially paid $11 for a soft, warm tomato sandwich. I should have known it was going to be something unusual when my food arrived about 90 seconds after I ordered it. If I could give the food 0 stars, I would. On a positive note, the staff was nice.

Great Food, Fast Service at Airport
My experience was a best cost and time option at San Diego airport. The sausage and egg was really yummy and satisfying, served in delicious and freshly baked focaccia rolls with cheese and sausage or bacon. It only took a few minutes, and we came back for more! It's located around the corner in the terminal mall, offering plenty of fresh fruit and fruit drinks too. It was so good that I wanted to give the hard workers a boost! I had lingered so long that I was holding up the plane boarding process even a tad.
