Exceptional Breakfast Experience at Cafe Hitchcock
Recently, I organized a weeklong onsite meeting and needed to provide breakfast for several teams. I had heard great things about Cafe Hitchcock, so I picked up a large order of assorted breakfast sandwiches, along with some pastries. Everything was absolutely fresh and delicious.
Almost everyone present asked if we could source breakfast from there again. In a time where too many cafes and breakfast shops heat up something prepackaged and bland, Cafe Hitchcock is truly exceptional and remarkable. So delicious!
Clearly intentionally made with quality ingredients, every bite was/is tasty and worthy of high praise. I can confidently and without hesitation recommend Cafe Hitchcock to anyone looking for a thoroughly enjoyable morning meal. 🥘 😋☕️

Overpriced Sandwich, Confusing Bar Experience
My experience involved purchasing a cold, pre-made sandwich for $18, with a 22% tip pre-selected for counter service. While the sandwich itself was decent, the price made it not worth it for a grab-and-go option. We were directed to their bar next door to enjoy our food with a drink, but the setup was confusing.
The bar offered minimal service, no music, and an automatic 5% tip that was barely noticeable. Overall, the value proposition was poor for the quality and experience.

Disappointing Coffee and Mediocre Sandwich
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. For some reason, at 4 pm, they had no coffee of any kind and were operating with a “popup” menu. I ordered a mushroom grilled sandwich, which took about 20 minutes to arrive.
The bread was a little burned, and the meal was mediocre. I am not sure if it comes with cheese, but I couldn’t detect any. While it seems like it could be a good spot for coffee based on other reviews, it appears they don’t serve coffee all day, which was a letdown.

Heartwarming Chai and Delicious Cookies!
My experience at the restaurant was delightful. I had an excellent Chai that was heartwarmingly spiced and blessedly void of typical tooth-rotting sweetness. The staff was friendly and personable, and the location was clean and comfortable.
I would highly recommend the cookies.

Superb Latte, Terrible Sandwich
My experience at this restaurant was quite mixed. While I've never found a breakfast sandwich to be "disgusting" before, this one certainly was. However, the latte was superb, and the service was excellent.
The atmosphere was also pleasant, rated at a 4.

Amazing Sandwiches, Good Vibes, Needs Decor
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially concerning the food. The Focaccia was outstanding, and the Sandwiches were amazing. I also appreciated the attentive service, as they provided me with a refill on my iced tea.
The atmosphere had good vibes, though I felt the place could be improved with more color, plants, and art to make it feel less sterile. Despite the minor decor issue, I will definitely be back! Thanks for the lunch 💜.

Disappointing Salad, Great Coffee
I recently visited and was quite surprised by the cost of my meal. I paid $26 for what I considered a good coffee, a great fresh cookie, and a salad that was unfortunately dry, flavorless, and chewy in an unpleasant way. Adding to the experience, the system automatically suggested a 20% tip for counter service, where I was directed to a self-serve rack.
I would definitely return for the coffee, but as a food venue, it was disappointing, especially at 11 am on a Tuesday. While other food options might be better, the premade, weak cabbage salad felt super overpriced; I was expecting a properly tossed and freshly plated salad at that price point.

Exceptional Coffee, Sandwiches, and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional. The staff was friendly and genuinely eager to answer questions, providing excellent service. The coffee was beyond expectation, offering a full arsenal of flavors.
The sandwich was outstanding, featuring a crunchy crust, soft and warm bread with delicate toasting, thick and meaty bacon, and perfectly cooked eggs like a pillow. My only regret was finding this gem on my last day in Seattle.

Great sandwich and coffee!
My experience at the restaurant was very positive. I had a bacon sandwich on sourdough, which was a generous portion for the price. The coffee was also great!

Stomach Pain After Daily Soup
My experience at the restaurant was unfortunately very negative due to the food. I ordered the Daily soup, and as soon as I left the store, I experienced stomach pain and diarrhea very bad.
