Friendly staff and comfortable for meetings
My experience at this restaurant was marked by the friendly staff and a comfortable place to meet. We occasionally host business meetings here for the Snohomish Roofing Company sales and administrative team and sometimes meet with clients to discuss roofing options. The atmosphere is both convenient and welcoming.

Disappointing Coffee and Slow Service
For the sake of all the parents fighting for something good to happen in the hospital, please learn how to not only pull a shot without burning it, but also how to steam milk without burning it or creating foam that's just bubbles. Additionally, please don't fill our $8. 00 latte cup halfway with foam – that's called a cappuccino.
Speed it up; it shouldn't take 15 minutes to make two drinks. This is a hospital, people are in a hurry and don't have time to sit and listen to you gossip about your coworkers. Running a coffee shop is not that hard, people.

Starbucks a hospital lifesaver
My experience at this Starbucks was incredibly positive, especially given the circumstances. It was the only Starbucks open in the hospital during these rough times. Your team's presence and service helped us all get through the day with a great cup of coffee.

Clean Store, Nice Workers, Mobile Order Only
Due to COVID-19, in-store dining and drinking are not permitted. However, customers can utilize the 'mobile order' option through the Starbucks app. Given the limited store openings, most patrons opt for mobile ordering, which requires ordering at least 5 minutes before pickup.
Be aware that orders may experience delays. Despite this, the store is clean and the workers are nice! This particular Starbucks is located inside Seattle Children's Hospital, meaning access is restricted to patients' families, visitors, and hospital employees.

Disgusted by Fly and Poor Service
I was totally disgusted by my experience today. I ordered a water and a Caramel Macchiato. After I drank the water, I noticed a HUGE fly inside the cup.
I was shocked. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, the lady making coffee didn't seem surprised or apologetic. She simply dumped the water to refill my glass.
I then decided to cancel my Caramel Macchiato. The staff member stated, "we’ve been complaining about the fly issue to the hospital, this is not our problem. " I was then given a $4 dollar gift card.
This is absolutely gross, as it implies they've had fly issues before and other customers may have unknowingly consumed drinks with flies. Hot drinks aren't served in clear glasses, so the fly in my water was particularly shocking. I still feel wheezy from it.
What shocked me more than the fly was the staff's terrible attitude. If you can't maintain a sanitary coffee shop, you should temporarily shut it down instead of potentially contaminating vulnerable customers, including sick children, with disgusting fly germs.
