Disappointing Service for a Simple Request
I've been a regular customer for over two years because I live nearby. This morning, I simply wanted to get my water bottle filled up. Unfortunately, they refused my request, which was quite disappointing.

Refused ice water service
I came in to buy a cup of water, and the barista stated that they encourage people to buy bottled water. I don't like bottled water, and she refused to sell me a cup of ice water!

Service Lacks Attention to Detail
My experience at the restaurant was frustrating due to a lack of attention to detail in their service. They don't seem to read orders accurately. For example, if I order a drink with soy milk, they consistently fail to omit whipped cream, even when the order explicitly states it.
It feels like the staff either cannot read or intentionally makes mistakes.

Disappointing Starbucks Experience
My experience at this Starbucks was not good. I should have checked the reviews first, but I assumed Starbucks would be consistent across locations. Unfortunately, there was a distinct lack of customer service, and my drink order was also sub par.
When I asked for it to be remade, the request was met with attitude. The experience was so bad that I even wrote to the corporate office.

Poor attitude, won't return
I came here for a drink with my friend yesterday. We were clearly sitting in view of the cashier station for at least half an hour. When I went inside to ask for water, the barista asked with quite an attitude, “Well, did you order anything today?
” It was evident we had ordered a drink, as we were sitting right outside with it. I found this question unnecessary and the barista's attitude to be unwelcoming. I will not be coming back here due to their attitude.

Rude Staff and Poor Drink Quality
My experience at this restaurant was marked by rude staff and inadequate training. The drink orders were frequently incorrect or of low quality. When I asked the barista to remake my drink, I was met with a rude comment.
Directing me to a generic contact page was also unhelpful. Given the number of reviews mentioning rude service, it seems the store should prioritize customer service training for its staff.

Inconsistent Drinks and Rude Service
My experience at this restaurant has been disappointing due to inconsistent drink quality and poor service. I regularly receive drinks that are not made as ordered, which is frustrating when paying $6. When I've questioned an order, one barista in particular has been quite rude.
The drink volume was also significantly less than expected, with a grande drink barely filling half a cup. I will be switching my coffee alliance to a local independent vendor.

Unwelcoming Policy on Ice Water
My experience was centered around a request for an ice water after a long, hot walk. Unfortunately, the lady informed me that water is only for paying customers. I found this policy confusing, as I didn't understand why I couldn't purchase ice water in the same way as bottled water from the cooler.
This option wasn't presented to me, and I would have been happy to pay for it.

Lovely spot with great views
I loved my experience at this restaurant! The seating area was wonderful, and it's conveniently located for a quick stroll to the playpen at Garden Park. It's also a short walk to the beach, offering awesome lake views.
The atmosphere was fantastic, rated 5/5, and the food was equally impressive, also rated 5/5. The service was excellent, receiving a 5/5 rating as well.
