Excellent Service and Gluten-Free Options!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were also very knowledgeable about gluten allergies, which was a huge plus. I especially loved their gluten-free biscuit, which was too rate! The restaurant is situated in a cute part of town, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place.

Best Biscuits and Gravy Ever!
As someone from the South, biscuits and gravy were always a breakfast staple. I never imagined I’d be in Seattle eating the best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had. I had the cheddar and green onion biscuits with mushroom leek gravy 3 years ago, and I have been dreaming about it since. Today I had the chance to try it again, and it still lives up to the hype. The food was exceptional, and the service and atmosphere were also top-notch.

Best Mocha and Heavenly Ezra!
Oh my! My experience was so delicious! I had probably the best mocha I’ve ever had. The Ezra was amazing too – a biscuit with bacon, egg, and cheese, smothered in gravy – truly heavenly!

Best Indulgent Breakfast Sandwiches!
I've been a fan of this place since they were located on 17th and 59th, and I'm so glad they're back in Ballard. They serve some of the best indulgent breakfast sandwiches! From the Calabrian chili mayo to the house-made pickled jalapeños, to the cheesy chive biscuits — everything is perfect. Every time. Love you, Biscuit and Bean!

Biscuits Saved My Weekend!
To say these biscuits saved my weekend was an understatement. In my hazy morning, worsened by my terrible sense of direction, the “biscuits here” sign on the front glowed like the North Star. The warm smell of fresh buttermilk and coffee beans coated my nose and woke me from my sleepy slumber. The warm coffee perked me up just in time to devour every last drop of the spicy bacon biscuit with its perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and drippy, ooey-gooey cheddar cheese melted to perfection. My 15th-inning comeback (go M's!) for the morning was that my biscuit truly outperformed the order of my co-consumer. If you’re looking for flavor, look no further than the classic spicy bacon biscuit; for the meat lovers out there, the Lumberjack is for you. If you’re looking for the biscuit to be in Seattle, look no further than the “biscuits here” sign glowing bright on Leary Ave.

A Warm Welcome and Delicious Bites
My first time in the neighborhood led me to this restaurant, and I found the space to be warm and welcoming with a nice, comfy vibe. The staff was friendly and assisted me in selecting a spread for my biscuit. The coffee was also delicious. It's a cute spot that I'll definitely visit again if I'm in the area! The biscuit itself is huge and could honestly be enjoyed on its own without the spread. The spread was delicious and not too sweet.

Solid Biscuits and Good Coffee
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their solid biscuits and good coffee. They also offer gluten-free biscuits, which is a great option. The atmosphere was rated a 2, with a very quiet noise level. While it's mostly a to-go spot, there are a few seats available, including a couple of outdoor tables.
