Disappointing Pizza Experience
My experience was disappointing. I paid $36 for a pizza and had to wait 25 minutes. Unfortunately, the pizza was not cooked all the way.
I didn't check it until I was back in my room. It was not a good value for money. I believe Slice Brothers is WAY better!

Disappointing Pizza Experience
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I waited 20 minutes for pizza that was 2 days old and not even warmed up. To make matters worse, it cost $26 for just 3 slices.

Disappointed with Amici's New Policies
I am so disappointed! We have been ordering from Amici's Lombard location 2-3 times per month for about fifteen years. The pizza was always delivered quickly and was consistently good.
The first couple of pizzas delivered from this new kitchen were not as good and definitely took longer to arrive. Now, however, they've switched to a $45 minimum order, which is hard to reach when ordering pizza for two. Sadly, we have to find a new go-to pizza place.

Restaurant Closed - Disappointing Visit
My experience at this restaurant was one of disappointment. I took a Lyft there with my young child for a late-night snack, only to discover the place is shut down. It seems like many businesses in the area are facing the same fate.

Takeout Only, Sit-Down Prices
My experience was that the photos still show this being a nice sit-down restaurant. However, it is now takeout only, but they still charge sit-down restaurant prices.

Fast, Warm, and Tasty Takeout Pizza
My experience ordering pizza for takeout was excellent. The order arrived fast and the pizza was still warm upon arrival. I enjoyed the thin base and the toppings were tasty.

Delicious Pizza with Rich Tomato Sauce
I have a different opinion about this restaurant. I think his pizza is delicious, like the combination of rich tomato sauce and tender pork cubes. The thick Italian tomato meat sauce has a sweet and sour taste.
You can eat the tender texture of pork cubes in one bite.

Failed Delivery, Cold Food, Lost Loyalty
My experience began on a Friday at 8: 10 pm when I ordered a pizza, salad, and chicken wings. The initial delivery was incorrect, and when the delivery person returned to rectify the mistake, they were unable to communicate in English. After a 20-minute wait with no updates, I contacted customer service, but that representative also did not speak English and was unhelpful.
I eventually found the satellite kitchen's number and left a voicemail. Someone called back, promising to correct the issue and offering both fresh, hot food and a discount. Despite this assurance, after another 30 minutes with no further communication, I called again.
I was told the food would be delivered shortly. The order finally arrived at 9: 50 pm, nearly two hours after I placed it. The food was a significant disappointment: the pizza was cold and soggy, the wings were rubbery and tasteless, and the salad appeared to have been prepared days in advance.
This entire experience was a failed attempt at food delivery, which has diminished the brand and broken my loyalty. I will no longer be a customer if the restaurant sacrifices service, quality, my time, and most importantly, my trust. I am giving two stars only because the correct order was eventually delivered, albeit almost two hours late.
While I'm not expecting a refund, I believe it would be the right course of action at this point.

Inconsistent Food, Great People and Place
I would give this restaurant more stars, but the food is not consistent. Sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's really bad – it's a real hit or miss. I do love the people, and the place is nice.
I just wish the food was consistently on point.

Soggy Pizza and Poor Service
Although the pizza has great flavor, I am rating 1 star for the soggy pizza. The bread was too chewy. I was not notified of my order and received a cold pizza.
I also think it's too overrated and the price is ridiculously high. Furthermore, I am not sure why they charged me a delivery fee when I picked it up myself. The cloud kitchen service is really horrible.
I don't know if I want to eat there again.
