Special Instructions Ignored - Again!
I ordered online and provided special details specifying no tomatoes or onions on my sandwich. When I picked up my order, the sandwich had every vegetable on it. This is the second time this has happened.

Consistently Good Food, Service, and Cleanliness
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive. The food is always good, and who doesn't love a sub, right? The service is always fast and friendly. Furthermore, the restaurant has always been clean every time I've visited. A huge plus is that they're open until 8: 00 pm, making it an affordable option for dinner when you're in a pinch.

Terrible experience, wrong order and rude staff
I ordered through the app, and upon arrival, my food was not ready. Although I understand they might be busy, the Subway was completely empty. To make matters worse, they prepared the wrong sandwich, and when I tried to correct them, the staff member did not listen. I ordered a 12-inch sub, a cookie, chips, and a soda, but I only received a 6-inch sub. Overall, the staff was very rude, and I would not recommend getting food here. This has happened to me twice.

Typical Subway with Unique Layout
My experience at this Subway was typical for the chain, with a unique layout. You can enter from an upstairs area, but you need to go downstairs to order. The seating is located upstairs. The food received a high rating of 5, indicating it was very good. However, the parking situation was noted as very limited, with a shared parking lot and the need to park on the street, making it somewhat difficult to find a spot. The atmosphere was rated 4, and the service received a 3.
