Budget-Friendly Fast Food Gem
It's helpful to have a budget-friendly fast food restaurant in the area. The subs are decent, and the new nachos are surprisingly good. The dippers are a great value.
The staff here is always kind and fast.

Special Instructions Ignored - Again!
I ordered online and provided special details specifying no tomatoes or onions on my sandwich. When I picked up my order, the sandwich had every vegetable on it. This is the second time this has happened.

Consistently Good Food, Service, and Cleanliness
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive. The food is always good, and who doesn't love a sub, right? The service is always fast and friendly.
Furthermore, the restaurant has always been clean every time I've visited. A huge plus is that they're open until 8: 00 pm, making it an affordable option for dinner when you're in a pinch.

Terrible experience, wrong order and rude staff
I ordered through the app, and upon arrival, my food was not ready. Although I understand they might be busy, the Subway was completely empty. To make matters worse, they prepared the wrong sandwich, and when I tried to correct them, the staff member did not listen.
I ordered a 12-inch sub, a cookie, chips, and a soda, but I only received a 6-inch sub. Overall, the staff was very rude, and I would not recommend getting food here. This has happened to me twice.

My experience at this Subway was typical for the chain, with a unique layout. You can enter from an upstairs area, but you need to go downstairs to order. The seating is located upstairs.

Excellent Service and Delicious Sandwiches
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The service was excellent, with a very professional and polite girl working there who clearly knew what she was doing. The sandwich was incredibly tasty and fresh, and the service was quick.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys very good and fresh sandwiches.

Shortchanged on Sandwich Size
My experience at the restaurant involved ordering a 6-inch spicy Italian sandwich. However, the staff member preparing it only provided what appeared to be a 4-inch portion. When I pointed out that it seemed smaller than 6 inches, he insisted it was indeed a 6-inch sandwich.
Knowing for sure it was only 4 inches, and being on a tight lunch break, I reluctantly accepted it to leave quickly. I stated, "okay, just give me that so I can get out of here! "

Quick and Correct App Order
My experience at the restaurant was very positive. They had my app order ready in the 3 minutes it took to drive there, and it was correct even with my picky choices. This was a great experience, especially considering it wasn't a busy time of day.

Terrible Service, Avoid This Place
I can only give this restaurant a one-star rating because a zero isn't an option. While the customer service is usually just okay, my last experience was a tipping point. The Indian woman assisting me, who had no nametag, informed me that one of the bread types couldn't be served.
I accepted this, but when it came to selecting toppings, she was completely unfriendly, offering no smiles or conversation to make me feel welcomed. To make matters worse, when I asked for regular mayonnaise, she proceeded to cover the entire sandwich with mustard. When I pointed out my request for mayonnaise, she replied with a smirk, "that's too bad.
" I was taken aback by her blatant rudeness and chose not to confront her, as she seemed to have an issue. I purchased the sandwich to appear unaffected, as I was on work and didn't want to cause drama. I wanted to warn travelers to Magnolia that they should expect mustard on their food, even when not requested.

A Gamble on Service Quality
My experience at this restaurant is a complete gamble. Sometimes, the employees are super friendly, clean, and helpful. Other times, it feels like the staff are dirty drug addicts (probably) and are stunningly slow.
It's truly a gamble here.
