App Pickup Hassle at Subway
My experience with app pickup at this Subway was a hassle. I had to pull out my wallet and show ID for a sandwich, which completely defeated the efficiency of a mobile pickup order. While I understand there have been issues with "fraud" in the past, this is a ridiculous policy for Subway to implement.

Ridiculous Policy, Negative Publicity
My experience was marked by a ridiculous policy regarding identifying people. I'm not sure what kind of fraud is being experienced, but as a business owner, there must be more sensible ways to combat such problems. This is the first time I've encountered such a ridiculous policy being implemented. With three subways within a mile radius, a business needs to find ways to stand out, and this establishment seems to be doing everything possible to generate negative publicity instead of positive.

Annoyed by ID Check for Online Order
My experience at this Subway was frustrating. The guy working today asked to see my ID for an online order, which is unusual since they stopped asking for IDs months ago. He claimed he asks everyone who orders online, but I know that's not true. I visited a few weeks ago, and he only asked for my name and gave me my sandwich. I will not be returning to this Subway until I can place my order online without being asked for my ID, as it seems incredibly stupid to require identification for a sub sandwich. There are many better sub shops I can go to that won't ID me.

Manager denied pickup without ID
I ordered through the app, but the store manager denied my pickup because I didn't have my ID. This requirement was not mentioned at all when I placed the order. Furthermore, they wouldn't cancel the order, and I couldn't cancel it from the app either.

Unpleasant Staff Interaction and Poor Food Quality
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent pick-up order experience. Upon approaching the counter to inquire about my order, I was abruptly and rudely dismissed by a staff member who insisted I move aside. Even after politely explaining I was there for a pick-up, he was dismissive and demanded my ID. While I provided my name and ID, the staff member maintained a frown and showed little attention when handing over my sandwich. Furthermore, the sandwich itself was poorly made and did not taste good, leading me to give one away. The staff member's miserable, unpleasant, and unfriendly demeanor is unacceptable for customer service. I may have to escalate this to corporate as the experience was awful and unnecessary. The staff member in question was near the checkout, possibly wearing a hat, and appeared shorter than the other employee on duty.
