Strange Service Ruins Good Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of great food and very strange service. The smoothies and açaí were awesome, earning a food score of 5. However, this was the second time I've had a peculiar experience with the same staff member.
My online order wasn't recognized upon arrival, leading to a confusing process where my order name was asked multiple times. When they finally made the order, there was a lack of communication and verification, especially regarding a paid modification. The staff member became defensive and rude when I tried to clarify the modification, yelling across the room with a rude tone and facial expression.
This behavior made us concerned about the order itself and ultimately led us to leave. The staff member's consistently bad attitude is concerning, and it's not my fault their system failed. While I was patient about them remaking the order, the strange behavior and treatment are unacceptable and will prevent me from returning to this location.

Heavenly Smoothie Bowls & Great Staff!
As a huge fan of smoothie bowls, I highly recommend this place. From the base itself to the wide choice of hyper quality homemade superfood toppings, nothing disappointed me. It was an energy bomb that made my mind and body feel like heaven :) Massive thanks to the lovely staff as well.

Delicious Flavors, Small Space
I’d come back! My favorite parts of my bowl were probably the blackberry ube flavor, blue chia layer, and select toppings (fruit, flaxseed, chia, cacao nibs). The mango flavor tasted just like mango sorbet.
In fact, I started wondering how close it is to actually being sorbet. I’m sure there’s a lot of sugar in it, and I began to think about how healthy it actually is. I appreciated that when assembling your own bowl at the kiosk, you can select a box that says you have a nut allergy.
It’s nice that you can put so many toppings on! I’d go back to test my hypothesis that if you ask for a dome lid, you get more toppings because they can pile it higher in the cup. This location has very small insides, though there are a couple of benches inside and one outside.
I went around 1 pm on a Monday and it was very busy, though thankfully I didn’t have to wait in a line.

Long wait times, take care of your time
My experience at this restaurant was significantly impacted by the waiting time. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get an order, which felt excessive. I believe time is important to everyone, and I would like to remind the employees and friends to also take care of their time.

Best Acai Bowl Spot Ever!
I absolutely love you guys! This is the best Acai Bowl spot ever. All my friends always tell me the same thing when I put them on to this place.
The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is great, with a perfect service rating. It's definitely a place I'd recommend.

Inconsistent Bowls, Not Worth the Price
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The food itself was fresh and offered lots of choices to create your bowl. However, the execution was inconsistent; I ordered two bowls, and one was filled as expected, while the other was not.
This inconsistency made the meal not worth the money or the tip. Due to this experience, I probably won’t come back.

Great Products, Slow Service
I love their products, but they need to add more staff. They're all kind, but I waited 30 minutes for a smoothie, which is too much.

Delicious Bowls and Great Service
First time trying this place after hearing about how delicious the bowls and smoothies are. I ordered the Bay Berry with gluten-free granola. The small size was a perfect snack!
There was only a 15-minute wait, and I definitely recommend ordering ahead using the QR code or app. Please consider adding some air-conditioning as it was a little warm inside for the awesome staff preparing the orders.

Frustrating Online Order Experience
I would not recommend stopping here for a sweet treat due to the disappointing service and wrong orders. I tried the order online option, but it was a 30-minute ordeal to get the correct order. They gave me a small when I ordered a medium bowl.
While the gentleman did rectify the situation by giving me more base in another bowl, it wasn't what I wanted as it should have been all mixed together. To make matters worse, I received a completely wrong order, which was very frustrating. The worker even went through the trash to find my receipt, which is odd, and I couldn't access my receipt online to show my order.
Their sales system seems insufficient, leading to frustration for both the customer and the worker. I suggest you just don't order online!

Inconsistent Portions, Not Worth the Price
I literally spent $17 on this, and I don’t get why the large I received wasn’t full. It’s very inconsistent product every time I go. Wouldn’t recommend this location unless you don’t mind getting less than what you expect.
