In-N-Out Burger - Reviews

My first time at this restaurant was a very negative experience. The staff were incredibly rude to me. I wear hearing aids and asked if they had hotdogs, and the cashier started roasting me. When I decided to order a burger, she raised her voice and asked me questions about how I wanted it, very quickly, in an already noisy environment. I can’t help but feel that disabled people are not welcome here. The burger itself was unremarkable.

My experience was at a classic American fast food place, similar to McDonald's. The burger was decent, neither amazing nor disappointing, but the fries were good. They offer a wide selection of sodas (and water) with refills. The restaurant itself is very small and chaotic, and the restrooms are located outside. It's worth trying because we are in the USA, but don't expect too much; it's still fast food.

As someone visiting from MI, I was eager to see if this place lived up to the hype. I really enjoyed the toasted bun and seasoned meat of the burger. However, I felt I needed a little more of their special sauce and some ketchup to truly make it hit the spot. It was great to finally sink my teeth into this burger. The parking lot was super packed and crowded, with impatient drivers in large SUVs trying to navigate around smaller vehicles, making parking somewhat difficult.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I love this Burger because it's always fresh and tasty, without too much fancy stuff. It's simple, delicious, and fast! The French fries are also freshly made. Overall, it's a very good choice for something fresh and tasty at a normal price. For me, it has become a MUST when I'm in a place where I can get it at least once while I'm around! ❤️
