My experience at this McDonald's was a mix of positive and negative. The drive-through service was both attentive and speedy, which was great. However, the food tasted different and not as good flavor-wise compared to other McDonald's locations I've visited. Specifically, the fries had an off taste, though the nuggets were fine as usual. The cheeseburger also lacked the usual good taste found at other locations. On a peculiar note, a homeless lady exposed her chest to the drive-through. While some might find this unusual, I personally found it to be a part of my morning becoming better.

My experience at this restaurant was generally positive, offering a more affordable option compared to other local establishments. The dining area was consistently kept clean, and the staff were very efficient with orders, even during busy periods like after school or when bus tours arrive. While the price is a definite plus, the main drawback is the occasional lack of seats due to people lingering and the presence of individuals camping out on the sidewalk near the drive-through exit. It's not open 24/7, which is a minor inconvenience.

My experience at the restaurant on 9/21/2025 was generally positive. The service was pretty good, and they did well to serve me my tiny tan toy. However, there's a rule that to get the toy, you have to buy the BTS happy meal, whether you want it or not. Additionally, one of the bathrooms weren’t really that clean.

My experience at this McDonald's was the worst I've ever had. The service was terrible, particularly from an employee named Ruby. She was rude, didn't greet customers, worked slowly, and seemed irritated. My order was messed up, the drinks were warm, and the food looked stale. The atmosphere was unpleasant, with dirty tables. I do not recommend visiting this location.

I encountered a Latina employee, who I believe was the manager, around 4: 30 PM. She was rude when I asked for a small bag for my fries. She initially stated it would cost 25 cents, and when I agreed, she walked away without giving me the bag. She then proceeded to ignore me while talking to another employee. After I paid for the bag, she handed it to me without any acknowledgment or eye contact. The place itself is okay, and I frequent it because it's close to my house. However, the employees sometimes need to be more nicely to the customer.

On a concerning note, there was an attempted break-in recently. I urge people to consider applying for CalFresh and cash aid instead, as these small businesses don't make much money. Please don't tarnish them.

It's essential for customers to check their items before leaving to ensure they have received their complete and correct order. While the McChicken was recommended, the repeated issues with order fulfillment significantly detract from the overall experience.

My experience at the restaurant was marked by a lack of acknowledgment at the Cash Register. When I was in line, the woman Did NOT acknowledge me and walked away. 🤔👎🏿❓

My experience at this McDonald's has been fantastic. I love coming here every day, except for those lazy days. 😆 The food is great, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

My experience at this McDonald's was very positive. The restaurant was pretty clean and the vibes were very nice. I recommend getting the five dollar meals because it has pretty good deals. Also, get the app because there’s more additional rewards.
