Good Service, Toy Rule, Cleanliness Issue
My experience at the restaurant on 9/21/2025 was generally positive. The service was pretty good, and they did well to serve me my tiny tan toy. However, there's a rule that to get the toy, you have to buy the BTS happy meal, whether you want it or not.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food was good, with a score of 4 out of 5, the service was quite poor. I encountered a Latina employee, who I believe was the manager, around 4: 30 PM.
She was rude when I asked for a small bag for my fries. She initially stated it would cost 25 cents, and when I agreed, she walked away without giving me the bag. She then proceeded to ignore me while talking to another employee.
After I paid for the bag, she handed it to me without any acknowledgment or eye contact. The place itself is okay, and I frequent it because it's close to my house. However, the employees sometimes need to be more nicely to the customer.
