My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was hot and the service was good, earning a 5/5 for both. However, a significant negative was the inability to use the restrooms, even after making a purchase. This lack of basic facilities is a major drawback.

My experience at the restaurant involved encountering two women at the window cashier. Their behavior was not good, and they did not show respect to customers.

My experience was overwhelmingly negative due to the surrounding environment. The area was described as dirty dirty dirty. Furthermore, there were homelessness all around the property, and it felt like an open road repair shop with literally a dozen people fixing their cars on the side of the road. I would be wary of your surroundings and lock your car.

Honestly? If I have 30 min. , I'd rather go to this location than try and find parking downtown or even in the Mission on 24th (no drive-thru). This is my go-to McDonald's in SF until further notice. 😆💖

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the food and atmosphere were excellent, receiving a 5/5 rating for both, the service from many of the cashiers was arrogant and lacked manners. This aspect of the service was a significant downside to an otherwise very good experience.

I ordered at the kiosk for dine-in, getting a double cheeseburger and a 20-piece McNugget meal with a Coke. My experience was unfortunately marred by the presence of several individuals who appeared to be drug addicts nodding off at tables and in the doorway. Adding to the discomfort, a group I perceived as 'street hustler gangsters' entered and began to aggressively harass me both physically and verbally. The food arrived quickly, but the Coke tasted flat, and a replacement was also flat. The food itself was unremarkable; it 'just was. ' I later learned the neighborhood seemed sketchy, which was surprising and unsettling, even for someone from New York. The drive-through, however, appeared fine, clean, and well-staffed. I visited on a weekend around lunchtime.

What was your experience at the restaurant? My experience was terrible service for the drive-thru. They were not in a hurry to attend to us or take our order. The girl at the cash register was super terrible. 😐😐

My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. The cashier and other workers were super nice, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is also clean most of the time. I meet my friends here once a week, and we love to eat there❣️

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the staff's lack of reaction when I requested something. I was unable to even get a code for the restroom while waiting for my order to be prepared.
