Poor Service, Cold Coffee
My experience over 4 days in a row was disappointing. The staff were not paying attention, leading to hot coffee being made cold. There was no one at the counter, and other customers would bud in front.

Excellent Service and Experience
My experience here was wonderful. I was treated properly, and they understood my needs, even remembering to give me my receipt 🧾. Especially during Hispanic Heritage Month, I felt truly blessed by the experience.
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and everybody. I visited again today, and they remain one of the best Starbucks locations.

Barista's Bad Attitude Ruined Experience
My experience at this restaurant was marred by the nasty attitude of a barista named TK. When I asked to use the restroom, I explained that I would purchase something afterward, as I urgently needed to go. Despite understanding it was for customers only, TK gave me a hard time and even cut me off when I asked for the restroom code again.
This poor service significantly impacted my visit. DO BETTER.

Mixed Experience: Good Hot Chocolate, Poor Muffins
My experience at this restaurant was overall good, though with some notable exceptions. The hot chocolate was good, but the bacon and egg muffins didn’t taste that great. The place was very busy, and the cleanliness wasn’t that great.

Disappointing Hygiene and Food Quality
My experience this morning was quite disappointing. I encountered weird slime on the lid of my drink and a white fuzzy thing on a canned drink. This has unfortunately broken my trust with the establishment.

Mobile Order Woes Impact Experience
My experience at this restaurant has recently worsened due to a change in their mobile order policy. They've stopped placing mobile orders on the pickup area because of thieves. This makes ordering ahead a far worse experience, especially during peak times like the morning.
I had to wait 10 minutes to get a cold coffee and cold sandwich because they don't staff a server, forcing a barista to act as a server. This significantly impacts the convenience of mobile ordering.

Terrible Service, Long Wait Times
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the service. I had to wait 20 minutes for a simple order that I placed on the app. The staff seemed incredibly slow, like "turtles on qualudes.
