Disappointing Beef Noodles and Lukewarm Spareribs
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The beef rice noodle had barely any meat, and it felt like they were cheating out on both the beef quality and quantity. The spareribs with rice noodle were served lukewarm. Additionally, the baked bbq bun was mixed with pineapple bun, and I wasn't informed of the difference when I specifically asked for a baked bbq bun.

Hidden Gem with Delicious Surprises
This place is surprisingly well-equipped for a to-go spot, offering a kitchen that takes and even customizes orders. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Here are a few insider tips (IYKYK): 1) They are one of the rare establishments that still make mochi dessert, with both pineapple and peanut versions that are really good. 2) Their bolo “pineapple” buns are also pretty good and are kept warm under a heat lamp in a dedicated area. 3) They make soy milk from scratch, and it's delicious.

Excellent Chinese Breakfast Takeout
My go-to spot for weekend Chinese breakfast takeout. The dim sum is consistently fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this local gem.

Great Dim Sum Value
My experience at this place was great for take-out. It's very convenient and inexpensive for dim sum. The ham shi gok and the congee were awesome. I also loved the har gow.

Great Value and Tasty Food
This spot is one of the go-to places on San Bruno Ave. The prices are good and they give you some hefty plates. Beyond the price, the food is just good. I usually go for the dim sum but on occasion will do a combo plate. If you’re in the area looking for a cheap good meal, pull up!

Delicious Dim Sum and Pastries
My experience at the restaurant was largely positive, especially concerning the food. I tried the shrimp dumplings, egg custard tarts, BBQ pork buns, and two types of chive dumplings, all of which were great and tasted nice and fresh. I haven't tried the savory döng yet, but it looked good. The roughly $35 worth of food would probably feed about 2. 5 people. The atmosphere was not as enjoyable, scoring a 2 out of 5.

Amazing Har Gow & Noodle Rolls, Good Overall
My experience at the restaurant was largely positive. The food was good overall, and the speed of service was excellent due to everything being precooked. They also conveniently accept Apple Pay. While the congee was good but not amazing and the soy milk was just okay, several dishes truly stood out. The shumai was big but a little tough, but the har gow, shrimp noodle roll, and turnip cake were all amazing. The pork and custard bun were pretty good, and the egg tart was surprisingly custardy. The price was reasonable, and I would definitely go again.

Terrible Service, Avoid if You're in a Hurry
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently poor due to a lack of staff presence. Every single time I visit, there's nobody around. I've had to scream and knock, and still, no one appears unless they decide to return from wherever they were. This time, I walked into the kitchen to find a worker, but the place was empty except for things burning on the stove. It was just nasty and unprofessional. Don't go here unless you have time to waste waiting for them to want to work.

Amazing Dim Sum Variety and Flavor
Ugh wow. My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially for dim sum. I really appreciate that they offer small 3pc orders, which is a huge plus compared to other dim sum places that require larger orders of a single item. This allows for so much more variety. The dumplings themselves are incredibly fat and full of goodness. I loved that they have items displayed behind glass, so you can just point at what looks good, and trust me, whatever you choose is amazing. I honestly couldn't tell you what I ordered because I pointed at everything! The fried shrimpy wonton thing was sublime, and I noticed many other Asian customers ordering it, which is a good tip: observe what the regular customers are picking and follow their lead. The only minor downside is the limited sauce options; they only have generic soy sauce and sweet and sour packets, and I was hoping for something like a ponzu. However, the dumplings are still delicious even without extra sauce. It's definitely worth a try! An edit: the Lo Mein noodles with bbq pork are boss status, and their Sesame balls are huge and dense (in a good way). The stuffed rice wrap was also packed with so much filling, it was not lacking at all.

Disappointing Service Decline
My experience at this restaurant has unfortunately changed. I have been a patron for many years, and the service was once excellent. However, about two months ago, I noticed a change in the staff. Despite this, I continued to visit. Last week, I experienced very bad service again, which left me feeling disappointed. I do not plan to return.
