Delivery Experience Needs Improvement
As a delivery driver, I’ve also noticed delays in order preparation, which affects both the customer’s experience and the driver’s ability to deliver the food while it’s still fresh. Improving packaging, order accuracy, and preparation times would go a long way toward creating a better delivery experience. Hopefully, management takes these issues seriously because the food itself has potential — it just needs more attention to quality and consistency for delivery customers.

Burnt Chicken Sandwich Disappointment
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the food quality. I ordered the chicken sandwich, but it arrived really burnt. I had to remove the skin because it was inedible.

Delicious Wings and Waffles!
I love a no-frills spot where the food is the main focus, and that's exactly what I found at Hot Sauce and Panko while traveling through SF. The chicken wings were crispy and delicious, and the waffle was buttery and fluffy. The next time I'm in the area, I'd easily go out of my way to grab a bite there again.

Fantastic Wings and Tenders in SF!
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic! I tried the fish + chips, tenders + fries, and Korean wings, and they were all FANTASTIC. The food was cooked so well, arriving hot, fresh, and incredibly flavorful. I can confidently say these are the best wings and tenders in SF. I gave it a 10/10 and 5 stars across the board for food, atmosphere, and service.
