As a delivery driver, I’ve also noticed delays in order preparation, which affects both the customer’s experience and the driver’s ability to deliver the food while it’s still fresh. Improving packaging, order accuracy, and preparation times would go a long way toward creating a better delivery experience. Hopefully, management takes these issues seriously because the food itself has potential — it just needs more attention to quality and consistency for delivery customers.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the food quality. I ordered the chicken sandwich, but it arrived really burnt. I had to remove the skin because it was inedible.

I love a no-frills spot where the food is the main focus, and that's exactly what I found at Hot Sauce and Panko while traveling through SF. The chicken wings were crispy and delicious, and the waffle was buttery and fluffy. The next time I'm in the area, I'd easily go out of my way to grab a bite there again.

I'd recommend skipping Chris's and getting more Lemon Pepper. While the Jerk wasn't my favorite, tasting a bit too much like Christmas and lacking heat, the slaw was really sweet if you enjoy that.
