My first stop was Wingstop on the way to the zoo. The Sensational Peckerini, the former lion tamer for the Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus, invited me to feed the lions with the condition that I bring him a box of Wingstop. And that's exactly what I did! Those wings and everything else were Amazing! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

My experience at the restaurant on 4/28/2025 was marked by the great team effort shown by the staff. They managed the demand of orders and incoming customers seamlessly, with no arguments and good customer care. The kitchen skills were also on display from the moment I arrived. ✍️👍

I'm giving this place 2 stars only because on 2 or 3 occasions, the WINGS have been nice. However, the rest of the experience was marked by bad service. The WINGS were very toasted and full of oil, to the point that once I got sick after eating them. It was a how bad experience.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I was shocked to find that they don’t use sauce on their wings, regardless of what you order. The service was terrible, and the food was equally bad. I paid $50 for plain chicken that was absolutely not worth one cent. I ordered everything mild, and the only sauce in the box was oil. It was disgusting! I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt before, but this isn't the first time. I strongly suggest they close this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Upon entering the Wingstop, there were many staff members in the cooking area but none at the front. The employees just looked at my sister and me without attending to us. It took them 10 minutes and multiple eye contacts before they finally came to help us. They are terrible and unfair to the employees as well.

My experience at this restaurant was decent. I've tried it a few times and found the menu to be fairly tasty. I particularly enjoyed the boneless wings, which came with plenty of flavors and sauces. However, I did find it to be a lil pricy. Overall, it was not bad.

My experience was marred by a significant issue with my online order. They failed to include the drink I ordered. Furthermore, there was no clear escalation path for wrong orders provided in their confirmation email or on their website. I've spent the time I'm willing to spend trying to recover $5, but I won't be ordering from here again.

My experience at this Wingstop location was extremely disappointing. I found it to be the worst Wingstop location I have ever visited, and they don't deserve the branding. I was very disappointed because they don't operate like normal Wingstop locations and don't even offer a military discount, which all others do. I strongly advise others to avoid this place!

My experience at this little take-out spot around Lake Merced was a mixed bag. I tried their Korean flavors, specifically the atomic spicy option, which was indeed really spicy. I also sampled the lemon and honey flavors. Unfortunately, the cheese fries were a little soggy 😂.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We arrived around 9: 30 PM with a family of six. The initial order-taker struggled, and a coworker had to take over, though our order was eventually read back correctly. After a significant wait, we received our order to go. Upon opening the bag at home, we discovered that everything except one item was incorrect. We received only five fries and one container of chicken strips, which were the only correct items besides the drinks. When I called to request a refund and speak with a manager, the same gentleman who initially assisted offered to remake or deliver the correct order. I declined, as the fries were old and cold, indicating a lack of freshness. He promised a manager would call within a week, but a week later, there has been no contact. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
