When I went to pick up my online package, I witnessed a Latin man in a blue apron, who appeared to be a manager, being very impolite to the couriers. I tried to overlook this and accepted my package from him. Unfortunately, the package was heavy and torn. When I requested a new bag, he treated me rudely and threw it in front of me without offering any assistance. When I asked for help, he dismissively told me to do it myself and that he couldn't help. His lack of communication and inflated ego overshadowed the establishment. It's concerning that such individuals with poor communication and character are hired as managers. I believe management should observe their staff, but I doubt they would even notice this feedback.

I just love RT! I've been a regular for a year and a half. The food is great, being both healthy and tasty. My favorite is the Rice Bowl with Chipotle Yogurt.

The portion size was generous, and the custom BBQ and hot sauces were a great addition, making it worth the price. I also highly recommend trying the rotisserie, which was moist, roast, and simply solid. The Fried Chicken still stands out as the top dish. Another genuine winner was the steak cut fries; they were a perfect fry chip, wedgey size, golden brown, and perfectly fried. Plus, they offer free refills on pure lemonade. They've mastered high culinary quality in a low-key casual environment. My 76-year-old Asian mother not only approved but *praised* it, which is a serious accomplishment for such a critically discerning audience.
